My son was constantly coming home upset that the driver and aide were talking about guns. If children were having these conversations they would be suspended from school. Then the driver and aide started insisting they search my son before he boards the bus to make sure he wasn't brining his drum home. The problem wasn't the drum it was the size of the bag. If his drum fit into his small medical bag he would be allowed to transport it and yet he had to show his medical bag. This same driver forces my son to sit alone and against the window "because he is a type one diabetic". She has mocked residents of Cherry Hill and engaged in numerous unprofessional conversations in front of young children. The day time aide called special needs children "simple" and said to another "there is something wrong with you". The list goes on. The morning aide was removed pending an investigation but the afternoon driver and aide remain on the bus. Despite transcripts of these inappropriate comments being provided, Hillman has done nothing to protect the children on this bus and I have been reporting concerns for 3 months now.

You literally trip over the poor people sleeping on the floor exiting at 10th or 15th and Locust. DRPA (which runs PATCO) and the City have some lame arrangement where the City, not DRPA isn't responsible for foyers and exits once you leave the turnstiles. Which is to say, these are completely neglected by the City and are a public health hazard. The whole of the DRPA is set up to limit accountability because no one in charge other than the governors of either NJ and PA are elected. This has historically led to major problems of systemic neglect. Recently, however, the trains and tracks were renovated and an abandoned Center City station in Old City is being completely rebuilt. The system has no direct connection to either SEPTA Regional Rail or the National Transportation Grid, nor does it plan to.

So I look at it like if it's an item that's not worth retriever leave it be and if it is worth retrieving more likely you won't be able to get it and they won't reimburse you but yet they will charge you $20 to retrieve your own items. Our driver Veroncia was friendly and on time for both picking up at my home and at the cruise terminal. The company had us ride in a 22-seat minibus for the price of the limo, so we all had a lot of room, and the bus seating was comfortable with air conditioning. Veronica was kind enough to stop at a rest stop for us on the way to the port too. We will be using ETA for our upcoming cruise in August!!!

They still transport my mom from her nursing home to medical appointments, on time, with a sweet caring driver who makes her feel safe and comfortable. But once again they went beyond great. My mom had a dental appt, and the night before I find out there is no transportation set up. I'm 3000 miles away and can't take her, and she needs to make every appt with dentist cause she's been without dentures for months. I call Exceptional, and their WONDERFUL dispatcher calls me back in 5 minutes, with the whole trip set up, including wheelchair and taking my mom into and out of the appt! What can I say!!?
