The company advertises "professional, reliable, trained experts," but the service has been anything but that from day one. From the very first visit, the quality of work was disappointing. The man who arrived performed work that honestly could have been done by a teenager for a fraction of the cost, yet we were charged nearly $300. When I asked basic lawn care questions, his trained expert opinion was he wasn't sure. Completely unsure and unable to provide answers! They also promise advance notice before arriving, but they have failed to do so repeatedly. Crews have shown up as late as 8PM on a Saturday without any communication. Most concerning, while we were out of town, they SOMEHOW entered our LOCKED backyard without permission. We never authorized access, and entering a locked yard without consent is completely unacceptable and felt like a violation of our privacy. On top of that, the work itself is careless. Weeds along the sides are ignored, grass clippings are left piled around the house. For the amount they charge, the service is nowhere near worth it. This company requires full payment for the entire season upfront, but when we tried to cancel due to poor service and requested a refund since they would not be completing a full season worth of services, we were told "sorry wish we could help you, but the money has already gone to operations". Despite multiple requests, I have yet to receive documentation supporting the alleged "verbal no refund would be issued agreement". To make matters worse, during one of my calls, I overheard another customer expressing similar frustrations with the company's service!! Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. We hired this company to remove the sod from our front yard for a landscaping project…read more Unfortunately, the work was not as thorough or transparent as we expected. They were over an hour late, several areas of intact sod were left behind, which we had to go back and remove ourselves. More concerning, sprinkler tubing and wiring were damaged during the removal, and rather than bringing the damage to our attention, some of it appeared to have been covered up. We only discovered the issues afterward when we were preparing the yard for the next stage of the project. To their credit, the company did reimburse us for the sprinkler repairs once we brought the damage to their attention, and I appreciate that they ultimately made that right. However, the fact that the damage was not disclosed and that multiple areas of sod were left behind significantly affected our confidence in the quality of the work. I would recommend being more clear about any damage and doing a more thorough final inspection before considering the job complete.

Sloppy, damaged property, unreliable, and untrustworthy…read more I hired Frontline to take down a few trees and stump grind them, take down a fence where some trees had gone through, and finally put back up a singe section to the to re-enclose my backyard. Tomas told me it would take 2 days, I paid 25% up front, and then him and his crew came and got about 85% of the work done, leaving a 2-3ft stump, the stump grinding, and putting back up the section of the fence we agreed upon. I paid him and his crew for the work that day leaving a few hundred dollars left of work to do. Tomas was suppose to come the next following Tuesday and has since ghosted me and ignored my phone calls and has not come and finished the job. I found that they cut the extension to my downspout to remove one of the trees (which was unnecessary as it detaches right where they cut it) and just left it there. They didn't pick up after themselves leaving tree leaves, branches, and fence parts all over my property. The open fence doesn't doesn't allow me to put my dogs out in my back yard alone like usual. The worst part, with the open fence someone came and stole my wife's bicycle out of our back yard. What's suspicious is that Tomas was asking me about buying that bike the day they were working on my property. The bike was not in view from the driveway (where the fence section is missing), the view of the bike through the yard is far and blocked by various furniture. The bike was stolen 2 days after Tomas came and he never showed up to finish the job... Seems like quite the coincidence considering we've never once had an issue with theft in our 5 years of being in this neighborhood.
