Travis is very responsive, professional, kind, efficient and helpful. My aunt needed her lawn cut and the grass was high. We hired this company to trim our apple tree, and they did a good job. Based on that, we hired them for weekly lawn service. Unfortunately, they did a far worse job there. Each week, our lawn looked worse than it did when we took care of it, ourselves. Last week, they tore up our front lawn, completely, as shown in the pictures. Do not ever use this service. They never answer calls or show up for appointments. Charged more than $1,600 for trimming a few bushes and supposedly raking leaves early this fall. There were no leaves on the ground at the time they came ($250 just for raking non-existent leaves). When I asked for details, he sent an invoice showing that he paid four workers $800 for two hours of work ($100/hour each). Plus he charged a 30% fee on top of this. When I offered him a lower amount ($800 which was still about double what it should be), he threatened to put a lien on my house. Do not hire TNT under any circumstances!! read more

We have been using the services of TNT for several years. Including Aeration annually, as well as some other yard clean-up services. Tony and his crew (led by his Son) are always responsive, timely and professional in their approach to the work. Recently we hired them to re-sod our backyard, due to our trust in their proven services over the years. This was a Great decision! The Crew started first thing in the morning ... busted their butts all day ... and when I came home at 5:00 p.m. same day, the work was done and the site was cleaned up to the point where we didn't even know anyone had been there (except for the Obvious - Natural Carpet adorning our backyard!). This job turned out BEAUTIFULLY! A month later our backyard now looks like something out of Better Homes & Gardens. DO NOT USE TNT LAWN SERVICES!! We have used them the last 4 years and they have always done an ok job. This year I hired them to clean my moms leaves. I asked for an estimate and they never scheduled. They came because of the snow and charged an astronomical amount. Almost twice as much as they charged in the spring when we had the lawn fertilized, cleaned and aeration done.NOT WORTH THE SERVICE and shady business! Owner claimed to call with an estimate on date of service but as I checked the Ring camera he called as they were cleaning. Did not leave a message. Keep in mind I asked for and estimate on two separate phone calls prior to them coming. Very sneaky business. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. $500 to rake leaves!!!!! read more

My wife and I started thinking about some landscape work around our front and backyard. I went to the drawer for a notepad, and staring at me was a pad from TNT that had been left on my door a long time ago. I called TNT expecting, as with most contractors, a week before I could get a price on the work we wanted done. Here on the phone, is the nicest, most pleasant voice on the other end. It was Tony. He told me he would be by either that same day or tomorrow. I was shocked!! He met, as he said, and I knew he was the guy the moment I met him. He was detailed in his measurements, gave ideas, found solutions, and his quote was to me the next day. He started work within 4 days. Another shocker, considering the season is at its peak. His crew showed up, along with Tony, and did the most incredible work. We are absolutely floored by the results. A+ care, meticulous work, and stunningly hard workers. My wife and I are just in awe of this entire project and the beautiful results TNT delivered. There were no hidden extras, no added costs at all, other than additional work we requested. I reached out to Tony from a flyer he left on the porch. I had researched other lawn service companies but none offered power raking or the spring yard clean up I wanted but his company did. He came over for a bid that same day and had his crew here the next day. They cut back all the old growth and cleaned up the planter beds, bagging up the old growth as they went along. After they used a leaf blower to clean up with and even did the porches and under the bushes. They did a very impressive job and the yard looks fantastic. read more

Tony gave me a good deal on tree removal, four trees total. placed the usable wood in a stack where I asked and seemed honest and professional. Guess the two man crew who really did the work deserve the praise, but he had a good crew do the work. Did drop a large branch on my roof and bent a gutter, but bent it back, still have to inspect the roof, but overall happy with the work. Did get a quote from him on some landscaping that was on the high side, must pay that crew more money! read more

We had TNT mow our lawn for the first time of the season in the spring of 2015. I asked them to do the first mow again in the spring of 2016. The crew arrived at dusk, and mowed most of the yard in the dark. The next morning, I had 'stripes' in my lawn and a bill that was TWICE what it was the previous year. When I called the owner to tell him how badly the yard looked and to ask why the bill was double that of last year, he told me that my yard was difficult and hard to move and that I should be happy he didn't charge me more. Needless to say, we will NEVER have TNT do any work for us again, and would strongly caution anyone else to use them as well. read more

ZERO stars!! I thought these guys would be on the up and up since they had mowed my neighbor's yard for years. They also advertise LANDSCAPING - bed clean up, weeding, planting, etc... The owner, Tony Nguyen, came out one evening and did a thorough walk-through of my 70 foot perennial bed. I needed it weeded, the plastic cut out and pulled up from around the perennials and the perennials cut back. The price was higher than others but he said it would take 2 days, at least. Tony was professional, clear on the process and reiterated what was to be done. It was quite a chore so I was on board. That was earlier this week. He said his team would work early next week. I came home from work yesterday and ALL OF MY PERENNIALS WERE GONE!! Shastas, lilies, poppies, exotic ground cover. GONE, DUG OUT! All but lilies are not bulb perennials so there is no hope for regrowth. This is a travesty and will cost me far more than the hefty amount they charged me (NOT PAYING IT, of course) to replant. And there is no price to be put on the lush, full bed I had nurtured for years. Shame on this company! read more

We had these guys do tree/shrub removal and shrub trimming -- two shrubs being 20 feet high. They did a remarkable job. Tony (the owner) gave us an estimate which the stuck to. They were on time and no bs excuses. They just did the work and did it very well. Tony is a very nice guy as all of his crew was.
