We were greeted as soon as we came in, and the young man working asked us if there was anything he could help with. We had a game plan, so we declined his assistance at first, but he and his colleagues were available and checked on us a couple of times to see if we needed anything. When I was trying to understand how the samples are organized, he also kindly showed me the book and offered to look up anything for us as we were narrowing down colors.
