Today they picked up the snowblower at 10:30 a.m. and had it repaired and delivered back to my home by 12:30 p.m. Wow, what great service! The customer service representative at the store and the delivery driver were very nice and courteous.

I used it myself(owner) to see how it was going to work, within 10 minutes the lever to turn the direction which way the snow blows messed up, got stuck and I couldn't get it unstuck. It also didn't clean as good as a Toro. Used it a total of 10 minutes, just tried to take it back and they would not return because we put gas in it. This is wrong and really bad business. It should be illegal because you have to put gas in it to try it. I will not go back to Northen tool, because this is completely wrong.

It was a horrible and ridiculously experience in all way, and the mower is actually worse than it was before taking it to RVT. It took over a month to receive any communication or for work to be done; mower not only doesn't work at all, but is actually leaking fuel AND oil now; I spent over $300 (including renting trailers to transport to both Silvis and Davenport), and I was treated more rudely and disrespectful than I ever have been by a business in my life. Even after calling multiple times and asking for help, I was told I'd have to rent/pay again for trailer fees and pay more money to have the mower repaired per the original estimate. Maybe it was because it was an older mower, or because I'm not wealthy, or I'm a woman, but I feel completely taken advantage of. If you have alot of money and John Deere equipment ( and you're a man), you might be treated differently. ... but if you really need help, DO NOT patronize this business, and please DO NOT allow anybody you care about to patronize this business either.
