This was my third experience with TriGreen. ALL have been outstanding. This was for a recall…read morerepair that I'd actually forgotten about. I received a call, letting me know that the replacement part was in, and wanting to schedule a time for my John Deere 5025 tractor to have the recall work done. I was in the process of figuring out which (lucky) neighbor I'd have to call on to trailer the tractor to McMinnville, when the service manager said the recall repair covered pickup and delivery! WOW! Pickup was arranged, and Scott could not have been more pleasant, professional, and TIMELY! I recommend TriGreen to everyone who will listen to me. They're GREAT.

Drove 500 mile round trip to find a tractor with two badly leaking front axle seal. We were told the tractor had ben inspected and it was fine, with no mechanical problems. A blind mechanic could have seen both front rims caked with axle oil and dirt and fresh oil leaking out of the seals dripping on the tires. Next the tractor has hit on the trailer in transport and instead of telling use before we drove 500 miles they tried to get us to come later in the morning. This was a effort to get a new box blade shipped to Pelam in order to exchange it out before we got there to conceal the accident. We made it early and the new box blade was being unloaded. with a mangled new blade still mounted on the tractor from the accident. It was hit so hard it bent a 3 point lift pin at 45 degrees. The 3/16 steel on the blade was mangled. This company is one that I will never do business with again. I delt with Huntsville first then had the tractor shipped to Pelam for pick up I was deceived at both locations. Take your money somewhere else. Patrick Donnelly Foley Al

Though I never thought I'd write a review for a farm store, this one is well-deserved. The day after Thanksgiving, our family was stricken with illness and missed the window to purchase a Christmas tree. On December 15th, my husband found a store in town that still had trees and purchased one for $40. It was small and DEAD. It reminded me of Charlie Brown's tree w/o the magic. I optimistically filled the holder with water and a big dose of aspirin. The next day, it was still full and the tree dead. My husband took it back to the store, and they reluctantly gave him his money back. With eight days left until our house is inundated with family, we were treeless and couldn't find a tree. Then a neighbor suggested TSC. Neither my husband or I had seen any trees there, but in desperation, he checked it out. Hallelujah! TSC had trees, beautiful, FRESH, aromatic Christmas trees. The store assistant cut the bottom two inches off of optimal water intake, wrapped it in protective netting, and loaded it in his truck. TSC saved our Christmas. We deeply appreciate their professionalism in selling fresh trees and assistance in preparing it for our home. Today, I finally get to decorate our tree and wrap presents while listening to Christmas music.
