My father has been a resident of Millview for several years. Initially, things were pretty good in terms of maintenance, property upkeep, security, and facility access/ usage but things have really gone downhill within the past 5 years. The access gate is constantly broken and/ or removed from one. Millview claims to be a gated community, but it's rarely every completely gated. Maintenance is absolutely horrible. My Dad has gone months without receiving visits to repair his sink and shower. After a bathroom leak in the apartment above him the repairmen hired cut a hole in my Dad's ceiling that has still not been mended. It's been 6 weeks of exposure to mold, rodents, or whatever else is in the ceiling and he hasn't heard from the property managers ONCE. These are a few of many egregious rental offenses that my Farher has suffered while living here. The apartments are generally poorly made. Thin walls, poor insulation, terrible flooring/ carpeting. The best thing about this complex is that it comes with parking and snow removal is consistent on the main roads. If you're looking to rent in Coatesville I would never recommend this place. There are so many other new, affordable rental units in the area that will treat you with respect and value your business as a tenant. This place is a glorified project housing community.
