This started off as somewhat of a joke but it was one of our favorite things we did and I would recommend it to anyone. There's lots of mysteries on this planet and Sedona is a great place to experience some of the best. We met our guide Tom who was a contactee, very knowledgeable about UFO history, and passionate about the topic. He made the hour very fun and exciting even for the kids. We meet at the airport when it gets dark and Tom has an insane laser pointer he uses to point out planets, airplanes, satellites, and some unknown phenomena we were really happy to see. We saw lights that grew bright and then dim, others flying in a triangle formation, and something purple that was moving incredibly fast. The night vision lets you see what the skies look like with no light pollution and just being able to use those was worth the price of admission.

I discovered Red Rock Magic Trolley from a Groupon I found online when researching tours in Sedona. I purchased the Groupon, and was able to book our tour for relatively early in the morning (before the weather got too hot). Two days before our tour, I receive a phone call from the company. The woman was very honest; she shared that they overbooked our tour by accident, and they are moving all the Groupon customers to later in the day when they have more availability. The only time that worked for us was 1PM (when it would be miserably hot). I agreed because they left us no choice, but we had to completely rearrange our plans for our trip to accommodate this last minute change. If you are going to offer discount rates, you cannot treat customers differently if they elected to use your discount. THEN, just a couple of hours before the tour, I got another call that the bus was having mechanical issues and that the tour was cancelled. This was our only day in Sedona, and because the tour was canceled only hours before, we were unable to book a tour with a different company. On top of that, we had to go back and forth with Groupon to get a refund because Red Rock Magic Trolley couldn't help us there.

When I arrived early as instructed, there was no one at reception and no paperwork prepared, so the start of the experience felt disorganized. There were also a few interactions during the appointment that made me uncomfortable, and the session itself ended significantly earlier than expected for the 90-minute massage I had booked and paid for. Due to delays at the beginning, the actual hands-on massage time was much shorter than anticipated. That said, after I shared my experience, management did reach out directly, communicated professionally, and worked with me to resolve the issue by offering a partial refund. I appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to address the concerns in a respectful manner. While the massage itself was disappointing for me personally, I do want to acknowledge that the business made an effort to take feedback seriously and resolve the situation afterward.

Yogi Blair texted me back right away and told me she would try to coordinate. By Friday morning she had us setup with a Yoga instructor/guide. We met our guide at the parking lot a little before 4pm on Saturday. We had the most amazing experience. We stopped in 3 different spots/vortexes. The first we did a small mediation. The second we did an offering to the land. And the third we setup our yoga mats and had the most amazing yoga/sound healing experience. I truly felt the energies from the land. We did the 2 hour tour and that was plenty for us, mostly yoga/mediation, just a little hiking, all amazing!!!
