I booked this little tour based on yelp reviews. I was not disappointed. With life being so chaotic, it's so important to slow it down. I found it important to introduce my kids to some spirituality. While I have been trying, in true parent and children dynamics, they just don't listen to us as much as they would someone else. She also had a wonderful way to describe that we are energetic beings and that our feelings and actions affect the entire collective. Vishali is incredible. She is truly a healer. She doesn't give you any BS and made-up stuff. She has a nursing background so she's a very practical healer. She never judged me, never made me feel like I was saying stupid stuff. She has such a calm and positive vibe. Didn't enjoy. We visited 2 sites, each an extremely short walk from the parking lot. Vishali provided some old chairs, and we literally sat the whole time listening to Vishali talk about her past and how Sedona healed her road rage and stress from living in California. She instructed my 10-yr old daughter to sit in a chair that was directly in the sun , which is fine for a short time but she talked for about an hour and a half before moving ok to the second site so my daughter got a bad burn. We did two very short (60 seconds) meditations, one at each site. That was the reason I had booked - for meditation, not to hear about someone's broken past. I would say the first hour of the thing was interesting but the next 2 just dragged on. The second site was at this Buddhist temple but again, was a short walk from the parking lot with a view of a fence so didn't feel very spiritual. She told us she would take pictures of us but she never did. read more
