Dogs running up and down the streets. Years ago they had spring inspections and all the yards and mobile homes had to be up to code. No one follows the rules in this place and management does not enforce the rules. Rent goes up every year but where is the money being used. It isn't to fix up the neighborhood or pay their employees to inspect and enforce the rules.

We notified the owners (Mark and Tammy) that there was a water leak well over a year ago that they…read morerefused to come in and fix though they have seen it. When the bathroom floor started falling through they replaced it once but did not fix the leaking issue, So when the floor started to rot again they refused to fix it and instead cause more hazard to the floor. The faucet's leak and the spare toilet constantly runs. It's been 12 months and no fix. There's also an animal that's been living underneath the house for over a year but the owners haven't even attempted to have it caught. It can be heard living under the house and scares the children often. It is bedded down in the air conditioning ducks so that the back of the house reaches above 80° and near the thermostat reaches 80° in the summers before noon. (No window unit has been provided either) the "fix" to this was to spray the AC unit outside and call the AC repair who told them there is definitely an animal under the house and to add tape to the duct. The thermostat is also no longer adjustable because the buttons have gone out and Mark said 6 month ago(November of '22) it would take 6 months to get the AC man here. To top it off the owner Mark won't respond to messages, phone calls or other wise to the renter but the last time he was in the house he yelled at me in front of my children. Mark is one of the most disrespectful humans I've ever dealt with and he will walk off while you're speaking to him. The property manager, Gail hasn't helped to resolve the issues either. Lastly, yes everything has gone up but for the last several month they keep increasing fees at their leisure. They stated that they would be charging the extra water fees instead of absorbing them themselves but yet still haven't fixed our water leak. Most of the people in this community are nice some are nasty drunk men who expose their genitals towards windows where children live (had to file a police report on that). Ultimately, it's a place to live but not a nice one what-so-ever. And if you have a nice car, not for long. Between the pine trees and the property manager blowing the road off once to twice a week and blowing road stuff all over cars.

I own my home and I went to them after an issue occurred and due to me not coming to them sooner to inform them, I get yelled at for causing all the problems. I could've killed a child they said, spoke horribly about me and my husband, Talk about other tenants. Went to them for an issue on Monday and it won't get repaired until Friday. I have a home I can't even go to. And if u work a small Business the property manager will assume u have no job. Absolutely heartbroken this once knitted community has such mean managers.
