I have had both aquatic and regular (land) therapy. I use the pool for exercise. The warm water pool has benefits that regular swimming pools do not have. The pool equipment is provided and enhances the water exercises. I have also worked with a therapist in the exercises room in a program designed for me. LAC is my go-to fitness place. Don't know what I would do without it.

It is kept at a comfortable temperature and has various depths to accommodate all manner of exercise and therapy.
