Their staff is so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The administrator is very personable and he is very involved with his residents and staff. I love that they have a nursing home and assisted living together to make for an easy transition for my clients. It may not be in the greatest neighborhood in Cleveland but it is definitely a gem in the city and my go-to home that I'd like to place ALL of my clients at if I could.

The nursing staff was responsive to his every need and checked on him frequently. The pastoral care he received was equally wonderful. Sister Margaret Mary, in particular, was so warm and loving toward him, and I was touched by her kindness. I'm sure she brought him much comfort! In addition, I was pleasantly surprised by how the staff took such good care of my family and I while we kept vigil in my dad's room. Between my brother, my mom and myself, we never left his side on the weekend he passed. The staff saw to it that I had a pillow and blanket to keep me comfortable while I slept there overnight, and they also brought me a phone charger when I needed it. One day, a staff member cooked my mom a grilled cheese sandwich just for her, because she knew she needed to eat. They promised us they would do anything they could for us, and they certainly did! When my dad passed away, we were all given a hug by our wonderful nurse, and given reassurance that he was no longer in pain. I could tell that one of the other nurses present was fighting back tears, which touched me, as well, knowing that I was not alone in my grief. I really just can't say enough good things about the wonderful people working there who make it their mission to provide comfort and care to their patients and their families. And the facility, itself, is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. Nobody wants to have to bring their loved one to a hospice, but if you should find yourself looking for a facility to provide palliative care for your family member, you really couldn't ask for a place better than Holy Family.

He hated both places. I was not impressed with how disorganized and uncaring the care was in those facilities. When he fell and needed a place this time, I found Seven Hills Health and Rehab. What a refreshing difference from the others. It's clean, well organized, and staff and management care about the residents. Since I can't give more than 5 stars, I will say that I told my family that if I ever needed skilled rehab or long term care, Seven Hills is where I want to go.

It was a horrible and traumatizing experience. The showers are filthy. Centipedes are everywhere. Housekeeping is lax and your bathroom is never cleaned and sanitized. Most meals served are inedible and not as requested. The administration is grossly incompetent in filing appropriate paperwork on a timely schedule with insurance companies. I do not recommend this place. Go anywhere else!
