The guy who runs the wrecker service was there but said he had nothing to do with the alignment shop and couldnt unlock the gate for me to get my car out. He told me his buddy would be there any min and could help me out. However, an hour later that guy hadnt showed up and the wrecker guy had left too. So there I sat stranded! I finally made a few calls and found out the owners name and phone number. I got ahold of him and he told me someone would come "release" my car. So an hour and a half later I finally got my ride, and guess who came to release my car? Yep, the wrecker guy I talked to in the beginning who said he had nothing to do with that part of the business. I was furious! What lousey poor customer service. This place is a joke, dont waste your time or money supporting a business with such poor regard for their customers!
