Didn't realize I was in the office of a chiropractor and an insurance agent. Instead of caring for the patient and trying to work with patients he's too hurt by past experiences. Instead of trying to HELP new ones, he shuts them down by being an arrogant and pompous "doctor". I could go on about how he flipped a switch and became someone no one should see for treatment. Once Joseph insinuated I don't care for my wife, her well being and all I care about is money, when in return it's little Joey who is concerned about money. We decided we will not be returning. I gave him several options on how to get my wife treated but the "doctor" was too concerned with alleged "games" that has clearly scarred him. Standing over my wife and pressuring her to make a decision on his treatment after stating "I don't like to pressure my patients." Yeah, alright pal. I came to him 8 months postpartum with little to no movement in my right hip, excruciating shoulder pain, and multiple herniated discs. He was able to read an extensive MRI report to me with accuracy and so where I could understand it. This is after he stated to me that he would accept insurance payment as payment in full. I have three different types of insurance that he was billing. They all said he OVERBILLED and OVERTREATED me as a patient.He also signed my name on some insurance paperwork.He is the type of Doctor that you read about who overcharges and overbills insurance companies. He is a scam artist . I have signed several complaints about his practice with the state of Pennsylvania. He billed my insurance companies as if he was a neuro surgeon ! STAY AWAY from his practice.
