18 months ago I injured my shoulder. At the time I was my 89 year old blind father's caretaker so unfortunately I did not take care of myself. I then was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder. I did nothing and it got worse so I joined a cross fit gym and they worked with me to get it moving. Well they got about 85℅ of my mobility back but I wasnt 100℅. Before seeing Dr. Shragher I had inexplicable headaches and tightness/stiffness in my back for almost two years. I had been to see my doctor on several occasions but the advice they gave did not make a significant impact.
