Not only they miscommunicated to me certain information, they had neither apologized nor offered to treat me as I was standing there in front of them in a terrible back pain. Apparently the medical oath does not mean much here. After my second visit I started feeling much worse. It looks like they are more concerned about a financial side of their business rather than treating patients. Another bad experience that I want to share is that all patients are put in a tiny room where they go through various therapies. This room contains 4 beds. The room is so small that you'd be laying in bed facing someone else's feet. This is disgusting. I went to another practice the next day and voilà - a totally different experience.
