The office was notified of this and have done nothing, water has been leaking into some of the bottom floor units for almost a month now. They seemingly haven't even contacted a repair crew, they just send someone out every 3 days to suck up the water. Mold is growing in the carpet and all. Absolutely terrible support for residents, and quite frankly they do not give a fuck about anyone. Their units are overpriced for such terrible accommodations and support, all issues factored in. My sister's and mother's families live in this complex (different buildings) and I've heard enough about these apartments and how their office handles things to feel comfortable advising you to NOT live here. Do NOT sign a lease here, you're better off waiting a little longer to find any other option. Edit: I've uploaded some photos NOT by the owner so you can get a better idea of what to expect. Also included photos of the laundry room. If someone were to call for an inspection on this place, I wouldn't be surprised if it got shut down entirely.

Or the front door the even when locked jiggles so much and can easily be broken into. Or the fact that the door isnt sealed properly inside or out and everything comes under it. Just spent 2 house cleaning the whole place top to bottom? oops think again yard work is being done or someone is pressure washing and all that dirt, grass and water come onto your nice clean floods. Or the sliding screen door that never stays in track. Or the oven we couldn't use for the first 3 months because it would smoke and smelled horrible just pre heating (even after they sent someone to clean it 1 time) Or the moldy rusted bath tub that my daughter couldn't bathe in because it was so gross, they say it wasn't mold but I'm not stupid, and that didn't drain properly because it was clogged from the previous tenants. The bathroom vent that doesn't work but they wont fix. Or the random holes, the loose outlets, the holes that lead to the laundry room so anything can get into my kitchen. Or maybe the roaches they still haven't come but 1 every 3 or 6 months to spray for but wont go away because they come from the laundry room and the upstairs neighbor. Or best yet the foundation that is cracked along the front door that leaks when the walk way drain is clog. And the foundation that has been cracked in my bed room keeping the carpet soaked from 1.16-2.14 currently. My electric being used to run a fan to dry the carpet 25/8 for the last month. The fact that the carpet hasnt been removed when it starts to mold after being wet for 24 hours. Finally on 2.9 someone came to start work on the foundation by my bed room. Only after a month of having to sleep in the living room even tho i pay 800 a month to live here. And having to throw away furniture that got ruined and moving everything out of the room so it doesn't mold. Lets also not forget the nasty vents they never clean apparently , the very many landlord specials (pant on switches, random holes patched with random things, things screwed in improperly, chipping paint, the 2 x 4 as the door frame in the laundry room, the mold, holes, water damage and leakage, the radiator that caught on fire and never taken care of and is still in use, as well as the random holes in the laundry room.) Thats not even touching the dog waste and garbage laying around everywhere. It's disgusting. -100/10

They do have people come out and spray, but the bug-spraying people do not spray the whole apartment, and when you ask the bug person to spray other areas in the apartment, they have an attitude about it. Neighbors are noisy ALL day and night, and the office does nothing more than give them a note to keep it down. You have to put up with neighbors smoking cigarettes on their patios and balconies, and that smoke goes into your apartment if you have your windows and sliding door open, as well as being sucked into the AC units that are in the walls. You can not use the ceiling fan in the kitchen because if you open a certain cabinet that is next to that ceiling fan, it hits the fan. They do not repair everything in the apartment when you tell them about what needs repairing when you first move in. I gave them a list, and they didn't repair everything on the list. We still have a light switch that is not connected to anything at all! Our sliding door track is so dirty that it takes 2 hands to open the door. And forget about using the pool unless you pay $30 for a small plastic fob that, if you lose or damage in any way, shape, or form, you lose that $30. And don't forget that your rent will not be what they say it is, as they add on to it for Water/sewer/stormwater charge/utility reimbursement charge/trash pickup/ electric charge (this is for the common areas). Granted, those charges are split between all the apartments that are occupied, but if you have more people living in your apartment, you get charged more than others. That is right, you get charged for the lights to be on in the hallways, and for them to vacuum the hallways, do repairs, and for the electricity that is used to run the washer and dryers, on top of paying $2.00 to wash your clothes and $1.75 to dry. And those washers and dryers are not kept clean, nor is the laundry room. They cleaned the carpets in the hallways several months ago, and the mats are still hanging over the railings. And I do not see or hear them cleaning every day, or even every week. People leave trash everywhere, including bags of trash. We have an apartment in our building that has a nasty mattress on the patio. Even though we are not allowed to have such things on our patios and balconies. And forget about trying to have a container garden on your patio or balcony, as they do not allow such things. No place to sit at the park and enjoy watching your little ones or grandkids play. Almost like they don't want anyone to enjoy any of the amenities that they post so proudly as part of the rent! For what you have to pay for a small apartment, you could own a house! We got kicked out for 'criminal activity' and now its permanently on her record and makes it difficult to get any new apartment because WE WERE THREATENED? This happened in around 2019 so there might be a new owner, but if its the same person they're genuinely braindead. We were good guests that payed our rent, cleaned up messes our dog payed and was friendly with the rest of the people who live there, and we got repayed by getting kicked out not because we did anything but because we were victims of SOMEONE ELSE doing something. The apartment itself is alright, however when stuff is broken don't expect it to be fixed anytime soon because it took weeks and sometimes months for them to fix anything in your apartment. Again though I lived here a couple years ago so it may be different, but overall I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you can predict the future because apparently if you're threatened by someone its your fault.

The office gave me paperwork on places I could go for help and even made suggestions where I could apply for a job. They have been there through job injuries, surgeries, and my roommate (my mom) getting osteoarthritis in both legs. I could tell you about the clean landscaping, the apartment itself, or a list of other things, but those are not the most important things to me. In truth we would've moved a long time ago if it wasn't for Christie. She may be strict, but she also cares and that's what counts.
