Just a short drive to downtown Cincinnati and close to the airport. Wentworth Estates has many floor plans to choose from and they accept pets too! I loved living at Wentworth, all my maintenance request which were few were handled in a timely, proficient manner. I would still be living there but took the plunge and purchased a house. It was disgusting dirty,(walls toilets counters glass) toilet was not attached to the floor so you rocked when you sat down, oven didn't work and had a strange smell. Then after living there for a year my living room ceiling had water coming from it. I'm not talking a little at a time I mean like bucket everywhere and furniture had to be covered with plastic and moved into the middle of room. They would blame it on the leaves in the gutters okay clean them out! Finally after weeks of being told they would get someone to clean them someone came but didn't fix the problem because it ended up doing the same on my spare bedroom ceiling. Long story short I ended up having to call the fire Marshall and he came took pictures and sent the office a letter giving so many days to get the issue fixed. I shouldn't have had to go through all this and had furniture that had water damage and no offer to make it right. I lived in that mess for months and they wouldn't give me a discount on my rent nothing. So yeah, horrible place to live and defiantly not worth the money or time dealing with. So please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else so you can actually enjoy your home and relax not to worry if they people upstairs are going to fall on top of you and become roommates!!

The women in the leasing office, Stacia and Shannon, are so friendly and always willing to listen to any problem I have, whether it pertains to something in my apartment or even my personal life. I also love that I feel comfortable going to the office for a complimentary cookie or coffee! All of my neighbors have been very welcoming, which makes me feel like I'm back home in my small town. The maintenance staff is exceptional and always quick to help no matter how small the problem. One person was moving out as she had recently gotten engaged. The apartment manager knew her name and even introduced us.. she said nothing negative about staying there at the apartments after living there for 4 years. That is impressive. I got all the paperwork I needed. The hours have changed.. Tuesday through Saturday 10am - 6pm.

This is a young family of 3 with a 6 month old baby. 3 days after signing the lease agreement my brother received terrible news that the job offer had been rescinded. My brother's family never took possession of the keys nor moved into the apartment and he immediately contacted the leasing office to try to see what could be done. The regional manager decided to still charge my brothers family $6,000 of charges for "breaking the lease" early and only giving them 60 days to do it. After several failed attempts to plead his case and express to them he no longer had the job offer and could no longer relocate. Even explaining that they never even picked up the keys or went inside the apartment so the unit remained in amazing turn key condition. This all fell on deaf ears. There was no grace. No understanding of the financial hardship. We can tell this apartment complex do not care about their tenants.

Our experience with the office was great from the beginning. They always answered our phone calls and responded to our emails promptly. They were able to find a unit for us when we made a last minute change to the date, moving it up by one month. They were also able to find a garage for us. We arrived after a long 5 Day drive from Nevada and we were very happy to find everything we needed in our two bedroom, two full bathroom condo. It is indeed fully furnished, and with all of the amenities we needed to cook a meal that night. They even left cleaning supplies, laundry soap and softener, dish soap, etc AND a snack basket with two water bottles, a package of spaghetti pasta and a jar of pasta sauce for us! There appear to be 12 units in each building, and each building is three stories high (4 units on each floor). There is not an elevator in our building, however the main floor units appear to be easily accessible from the parking lot. We need to take the stairs up to our unit on the third floor, and there are stairs that lead down to the first floor. All mailboxes for our building are located on the main floor, as soon as you enter the building. There is an intercom system for visitors to use at the front door. (The front door to the building is locked and you must have a code to enter). The intercom system allows us to talk, listen, and to push a button to let visitors into our building. This is very handy to have for deliveries! The soundproofing seems to be very good because we've been here for four days now and we haven't heard any noise from our neighbors, doors slamming, etc. There's plenty of outdoor parking spaces available. We have a garage for one car (paying an additional $85 per month) and are using the outdoor parking spaces for our other two. This is a very dog friendly area, with a few dog waste stations (fully stocked with poop bags in case you forgot to bring some!) and it's a lovely green, grassy area to go for a walk with your dog. The location is very conveniently located to shopping (Kroger and Kroger fuel, Trader Joe's, Dillards, DSW...), restaurants (many good restaurants within a 5 mile radius), and not too far from the highway. The rental price isn't cheap, but we think it's quite reasonable for being fully furnished, with all of the amenities and supplies that they left us with. We are very happy with our stay here so far, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a temporary or long term furnished apartment in this area.
