And the attitude he had with us with my husband was horrible, he didn't teach us anything about the place and we didn't feel welcome because for anything he just wanted us to leave. He asked us about the breed of our dog and he practically arrogates to us that if we wanted to continue with the visit or not, without having shown us, repeat NOTHING of the place. They should improve the care of their future residents, with nothing more to say. BAD PLACE. If I could, I would leave them 0 stars.

We got kicked out for 'criminal activity' and now its permanently on her record and makes it difficult to get any new apartment because WE WERE THREATENED? This happened in around 2019 so there might be a new owner, but if its the same person they're genuinely braindead. We were good guests that payed our rent, cleaned up messes our dog payed and was friendly with the rest of the people who live there, and we got repayed by getting kicked out not because we did anything but because we were victims of SOMEONE ELSE doing something. The apartment itself is alright, however when stuff is broken don't expect it to be fixed anytime soon because it took weeks and sometimes months for them to fix anything in your apartment. Again though I lived here a couple years ago so it may be different, but overall I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you can predict the future because apparently if you're threatened by someone its your fault.

In truth we would've moved a long time ago if it wasn't for Christie. She may be strict, but she also cares and that's what counts.

Our air conditioner is out and we have reported as a maintenance request and told the manager personally. Not sure when they will work on it. We were told that two times in a row the manager told the exterminator to skip our apartment number. We had asked management if he was coming and she said he should have been there, I'm not sure why he missed your apartment. Lie after lie after lie. She calls herself "the enforcer." When we moved in we were supposed to be in a first floor 3 bed with a sunroom. They messed up and put us temporarily in a 2nd floor apartment. When the apartment finally came available, the new manager was here and said we would have to pay to get the carpet replaced and pay a new deposit on the other apartment. We refused and are still on the second floor. Our lease is up in a few Days. Hallelujah! Of course if I post this before we leave, she may try to evict us. I guess we'll get a bill instead a refund on our apartment. Oh, well.

I had asked many times before moving in if I could please see a unit and they kept tell me a new excuse each time. Also was told the unit would have the new cabinet and counters in kitchen and bathroom. The week before moving in I was called and told the unit I was going to get the people decided to stay. Okay so what about me I was told they would put me on a bottom level and not charge me any more in rent. Yeah okay sounds good, so can I see the unit? Oh it's still not clean, okay?? So moving day comes and I go to sign my lease and right after I signed my names the Manager informs me that it's a ADA accessible unit (Handicap). I did't say anything because she said well the bathrooms will be bigger. Okay great!! I good to do the walk through and when I tell you this place was not what I was told I would be getting. It was disgusting dirty,(walls toilets counters glass) toilet was not attached to the floor so you rocked when you sat down, oven didn't work and had a strange smell. Then after living there for a year my living room ceiling had water coming from it. I'm not talking a little at a time I mean like bucket everywhere and furniture had to be covered with plastic and moved into the middle of room. They would blame it on the leaves in the gutters okay clean them out! Finally after weeks of being told they would get someone to clean them someone came but didn't fix the problem because it ended up doing the same on my spare bedroom ceiling. Long story short I ended up having to call the fire Marshall and he came took pictures and sent the office a letter giving so many days to get the issue fixed. I shouldn't have had to go through all this and had furniture that had water damage and no offer to make it right. I lived in that mess for months and they wouldn't give me a discount on my rent nothing. So yeah, horrible place to live and defiantly not worth the money or time dealing with. So please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else so you can actually enjoy your home and relax not to worry if they people upstairs are going to fall on top of you and become roommates!!

The women in the leasing office, Stacia and Shannon, are so friendly and always willing to listen to any problem I have, whether it pertains to something in my apartment or even my personal life. I also love that I feel comfortable going to the office for a complimentary cookie or coffee! All of my neighbors have been very welcoming, which makes me feel like I'm back home in my small town. The maintenance staff is exceptional and always quick to help no matter how small the problem. I went there…read moreyesterday and the Onsite manager was super friendly, very helpful and even gave me an unscheduled tour. The apartments are kept clean and the community is super quiet. One person was moving out as she had recently gotten engaged. The apartment manager knew her name and even introduced us.. she said nothing negative about staying there at the apartments after living there for 4 years. That is impressive. I got all the paperwork I needed. The hours have changed.. Tuesday through Saturday 10am - 6pm.

Oh, and it was closed all day one day a week because... who knows. You had to mail in your rent check instead of dropping it off at the office. We have had to call the police 5 times for loud music and loud talking and I am now being threatened. People drive through here like crazy and play loud music at all hours. The structure of the town homes are very poor. The walls are already cracking, the doors will not close properly, and the insulation is horrible. I am so disappointed that the gym is not opened yet. We had to pay for a gym membership. If the pool does not open on time I will lose it, we moved here for the amenities This is definitely not luxury living, a lot of shady people live here. I also think that this is a Hud community which we knew nothing about before moving in, I don't think they perform proper background checks. I believe that Covid is being used as an excuse to not open the so called clubhouse. I see the police here a lot and cars are being broken into. I definitely do not feel safe. If you are looking for a beautiful community that is actual Luxury living then this is not the place . I have contacted the office and even gave them copies of the 5 police reports that I filed, they said that we can move to another place on the property. I do not feel safe on this property no matter where I am. It is so awful to live in fear of your neighbors, I am afraid to leave my home. The pictures on the website look nothing like the actual property, the pool is very small and there is garbage all over. I would give this place a zero if it were possible.

Our experience with the office was great from the beginning. They always answered our phone calls and responded to our emails promptly. They were able to find a unit for us when we made a last minute change to the date, moving it up by one month. They were also able to find a garage for us. We arrived after a long 5 Day drive from Nevada and we were very happy to find everything we needed in our two bedroom, two full bathroom condo. It is indeed fully furnished, and with all of the amenities we needed to cook a meal that night. They even left cleaning supplies, laundry soap and softener, dish soap, etc AND a snack basket with two water bottles, a package of spaghetti pasta and a jar of pasta sauce for us! There appear to be 12 units in each building, and each building is three stories high (4 units on each floor). There is not an elevator in our building, however the main floor units appear to be easily accessible from the parking lot. We need to take the stairs up to our unit on the third floor, and there are stairs that lead down to the first floor. All mailboxes for our building are located on the main floor, as soon as you enter the building. There is an intercom system for visitors to use at the front door. (The front door to the building is locked and you must have a code to enter). The intercom system allows us to talk, listen, and to push a button to let visitors into our building. This is very handy to have for deliveries! The soundproofing seems to be very good because we've been here for four days now and we haven't heard any noise from our neighbors, doors slamming, etc. There's plenty of outdoor parking spaces available. We have a garage for one car (paying an additional $85 per month) and are using the outdoor parking spaces for our other two. This is a very dog friendly area, with a few dog waste stations (fully stocked with poop bags in case you forgot to bring some!) and it's a lovely green, grassy area to go for a walk with your dog. The location is very conveniently located to shopping (Kroger and Kroger fuel, Trader Joe's, Dillards, DSW...), restaurants (many good restaurants within a 5 mile radius), and not too far from the highway. The rental price isn't cheap, but we think it's quite reasonable for being fully furnished, with all of the amenities and supplies that they left us with. We are very happy with our stay here so far, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a temporary or long term furnished apartment in this area.
