I stopped off at the outlets last weekend to check out the Coach store and decided to check out the food court to see if anything could cure my hunger. The food selections were not really doing it for me but a smoothie did and I figured it was a good way to curve my hunger for bit. Bobba had a pretty large selection of bubble teas, shakes, smoothies, and even offers wraps and salads. I ended up ordering a chocolate banana smoothie and it lived up to the hype I built 4 minutes prior in my head. The smoothie was mixed well, smooth, and tasted really good. Is this place a revolutionary for smoothies? No, but Bobba does it right and this place is definitely a good way to get you through a trip to the outlets.

I absolutely love tuna and was so happy that they had an ahi tuna option. I chose the tuna poke and absolutely loved it. It was so fresh and flavorful. I had it with brown rice, corn, pineapple, cilantro, cucumbers, ginger and tomatoes (which tasted weird for some reason). I topped it with ponzu sauce and furikake which both gave it great flavor. I was there towards the end of the day and as the man who made my dish was leaving, he remembered my name and said thank you. It was such a nice touch. I told him how much I loved it. I love that the drinks are totally customizable down to the sugar and ice levels and that they allow you to sample any of the toppings before committing.
