She did not present herself as a PA, which led me to believe she was a doctor. She did not listen to my concerns and showed no empathy. Her visit was less than five minutes. She did, however, promise to request a full spinal x-ray which was exactly what I wanted having experienced intense neck, back and leg pain less than 24 hours prior. When I arrived at the Xray facility, she had requested only lower x-rays. So I returned to the clinic to ask for the promised, full spinal x-ray she had promised. She refused to do it. And when I kindly asked her why, she refused to answer, and instead repeated her refusal , turned her back and walked away. I was shocked! It's my belief that no patient should ever be treated with that level of disrespect and lack of care.
