She did, however, promise to request a full spinal x-ray which was exactly what I wanted having experienced intense neck, back and leg pain less than 24 hours prior. When I arrived at the Xray facility, she had requested only lower x-rays. So I returned to the clinic to ask for the promised, full spinal x-ray she had promised. She refused to do it. And when I kindly asked her why, she refused to answer, and instead repeated her refusal , turned her back and walked away. I was shocked! It's my belief that no patient should ever be treated with that level of disrespect and lack of care.

Then on a different date I took my daughter there for what we thought was eczema. Yet again, we were treated as if they knew her for years. So not only did they treat my children medically, but the staff were all so very sincere, loving, and attentive. Constantly trying to send you to Oahu for a 15 min appointment with a specialist because they don't have any in town connected with them. Spending all day going to Oahu for 15 minutes is a hardship for seniors with disabilities. They can't get your prescriptions correct. They need to be sued for mal-pracrice or shut down. I was under her care for over a year while progressively getting sicker and weaker. I spent thousands of dollars on all of the latest procedures and supplements under her guidance. And she got all of the kickbacks. Honestly, I felt like a Guinea pig. Every week it was some new promising idea, food, drug, therapy, or supplement. She is an expert salesperson. Trouble was nothing was working. I was finally forced to go to the mainland to stay with my son for help. I spent a year in a wheelchair crippled, too weak to get the surgery I needed. Post surgery, 6 months of physical therapy. And now 2 years later, I am finally healthy and strong and doing absolutely nothing that she recommended. Also, they lost a medical specimen I had giving them and then blamed me because "well you left" Very unprofessional, she does not care about her patients. And Don, her partner and front desk man does not allow access to Sally. It's very difficult getting any help off hours or weekends. He can be very rude. Dr. Chris is much better imo
