It sounds like they are currently short staffed and not always able to answer so leaving a message is your best bet. They're located in an office building. One time I scheduled an evening appointment and since the front door is locked after business hours, I had to call several times before being able to reach them to get someone downstairs to let me in. Their facility is nice and they offer a myriad of services- way more than a typical salon or med spa.
