My favorite things about the European Wax Center facilities are, they all have the same ambiance/decor and abilities to use service packages freely at any location (any state). I do feel that the prices have increased significantly over the years but, when you find an esthetician/waxologist you can trust, it's worth the extra dollars. The Lone Tree is doing all the right things, providing positive experiences/waxing services. Overall, very clean facility, welcoming & helpful staff and they offer all your waxing needs (services & products). read more

I've been going to this location since I moved to Denver in September from Dallas. Very clean and professional! I see Hathy regularly and she makes the entire process as comfortable as it can be! I have been coming to this location for about a year. I have tried others but they just don't have the cleanliness, quality of service, and professional aestheticians. I generally see Kiyah and just love her. She is personable and professional and I always leave pleased. My skin is well taken care of during my service so I never leave with any pain or worse the wax marks on my face. I did see Lindsay as well on one of my last visits and she was fantastic. I trust this location and my technicians to take care of all of my waxing needs. I am constantly complimented on my brows and it's all thanks to these gals. read more

I had been wanting to try waxing for the longest time and after asking around, EWC was the most loved studio... as soon as I walked into this center, the receptionist, Collyn, was super welcoming and informative. She helped me understand the benefits of waxing as well as answered all the questions I had regarding pre and post waxing. She also offered products that I didn't even know I needed and my skin is thankful for it everyday As for my waxers, I have never specifically asked to stay with one lady because of the spectacular staff that this center has to offer. Each waxer has been more than professional and provided me with an exceptional wax, which to me shows the work ethic and all around effort to provide perfect service throughout the staff. 1000/10!!!! read more

I had my first experience with EWC in this location about two weeks ago.. The staff was very friendly but I was clueless on everything. I had no consultation with my tech and protocol felt uncomfortable as she did not step out the room before or after my session. I did not enjoy my experience. Everything felt very rushed. read more

It had been a few years since I've been to a European Wax Center. I just moved to the South Denver area and found this location on Yelp. I was able to book my appointment online easily. Rebecca was very nice doing my wax! Unfortunately I ended up with a bruise on my arm and skin off. First time this ever happened! I went by and spoke with Kat and she said this happens if that areas is waxed too many times. Ouch!!! I asked for a credit and she said yes. Thank goodness. I have to recover now and hope on vacation I don't get sun there! I wonder if that credit is available at any location???? read more

Signed up for their preview week of complementary waxing. They called me today fishing for appointments, saying they were now open! When I asked about the preview week, they said they hadn't had time to talk to everyone. But of course now they have time! I don't appreciate getting a sales call when they didn't call about the preview week they promised. Not a good way to start your business! read more
