I began seeing Dr Hilton years ago before they moved the practice to this location. No problems, no worries. This new location is much closer to my house, which is convenient. The whole office fairly sparkles. Spotlessly clean. The decor and furnishings are sleek and stylish. The equipment and technology are first rate. The doctors I have seen are skilled and efficient, and the nurses and office staff are competent and friendly. They are good about sticking to their appointment times, so make sure you arrive on time for your appointment. However, as a medical patient (not a cosmetic one) I get the definite vibe that OK Yes they are treating me, but they would rather be doing Botox injections or chemical peels or anything else. They aren't making any real $$ off of me, so I get hustled into a room, I get my 3.7 minutes with the doctor, and then I get the bum's rush out the back door. Come back whenever you want a vampire peel... I stay with them because I have history here and switching doctors is a pain. I have no complaints about my medical treatments (skin is clear!). I don't like the attitude that I am a burden or an obligation. Your results may vary. I am sure they do an excellent job with the cosmetic procedures. read more

No Ethics, Horrible, BEWARE- Dr Deborah Hilton is NO GOOD. I suffered Stevens Johnson Syndrome, it is one of the most torturous things a person could go through. Dr Hilton downcoded my condition to hide malpractice, refused me medications for incredible itching and suffering, neglected the proper referral, gaslit me, was rude and mean about it, attacked my mental health, and the delayed referral caused what could have been a mediated autoimmune response that has now become a chronic issue, I lost my hair, and it will take 15-20 years off of my life. I had LAB EVIDENCE and she lied through her teeth and injured me and caused me incredible suffering. She has no ethical backbone, and protected bad doctors while torturing me and causing MAJOR harm. She shouldn't have the right to practice medicine much less teach it. I was medically battered. read more

Not sure why anyone would want/need to go anywhere else.... I have seen Dr. Hilton and Dr. Taylor (currently seeing Dr. Taylor for stubborn wart on my finger). He has been amazing and so down to earth, everyone in the office is so kind and they know you by name after only a few times there. EVEN ON A SATURDAY Dr. Taylor was even able to settle my nerves about my fingers reaction after an injection in my finger when I messaged the facebook page. He got things under control (and me out of pain) within 24 hours. These people are amazing so be sure to go to them for ALL of your skin needs! read more

Dr. Taylor is the BEST! My daughter, husband and myself have all been treated for various issues. I am not a very patient person and during my last visit I did have to wait almost an hour past my appointment time. HOWEVER, Dr. Taylor apologized and explained that his previous patient took more time than expected. Bottom line, Dr. Taylor is PATIENT & does not rush patients. Scheduled an appointment weeks ago and get a call today telling me need to reschedule appointment and her next available is Dec. I repeated this several times and she said yes and would add me to wait list. I said no, that is the reason I had to schedule this weeks ago to get this appointment and she said sorry and asked what I wanted her to do. I told her she needs to fit me into the schedule since they are inconveniencing me and she said can not. This is crazy that they think this is perfectly fine to do this to patients. I went in for treatments with Dr. Mai. She did a beautiful job. However, from the moment I sat down until the moment I walked out the door was being sold on various treatments. I was required to give a $150 deposit to get an appointment that was to be applied to my treatments. My treatments were ridiculous expensive... Beyond what I have ever paid or would ever pay again and the $150 was not credited. After multiple phone calls, I was able to get an itemized receipt and was promised a check. When I went to pick it up... It was not available. Bottom line... I think this place is all about overcharging and cares less about really helping people to look their best and a good and fair price. I don't even know where to start!! I was a little intimidated by the office when I walked in because it looks so fancy and the women at the front desk are stunning like they just walked out of a magazine. I was thinking there's no way this fancy place is gonna help me with my painful rash. I thought maybe they mainly only do botox and other skin aesthetics, but boy was I WRONG!! I'm positive every doctor there is an asset, but the doctor I saw was Dr. Taylor and let me tell you!! He is absolutely brilliant. I was in the most pain I'd ever experienced in my life, crying in the waiting area, so confused, thinking the absolute worst and within 15 minutes of Dr. Taylor examining my rash and going to look at it under a microscope, he DIAGNOSED ME. I didn't have to wait more days in pain for a phone call, I got answers in 15 minutes! I started crying happy tears bc I knew this meant the pain was finally going to go away now that I had the proper diagnosis and medication. I also just have to mention that when he called to check on me, I could tell he really cares about his patients. It truly is an amazing feeling to know if I have any issues with my skin, I can call Hilton Dermatology and they'll absolutely take care of me. I have had pleasant experiences with Dr. Hilton and Dr. Mai and both them are very knowledgeable and super friendly! Dr. Hilton takes his time with his patients and I don't feel like he's rushing to get me out of is office. Dr. Mai is very informative and will precisely explain the issues and thoroughly goes over solutions to fix my skin issues, step by step. I highly recommend not going here as the doctor will force you to take medication or topicals instead of natural remedies for skin issues. My employer requires that the males faces be clean shaven everyday, however cutting my hair below the surface causes hair to ingrow leading to irritation and facial bumps. My employer gave paperwork stating that if I can have a doctor give my skin condition, I would be allowed not to shave. Pretty simple deal. Well, despite explaining this to doctor Hilton, she did not care what was said to her. She refused to fill the paperwork for my employer to give me permission not to have to cut off my facial hair. What she did instead was try to force me to do it her way and was pushing the use of prescription pills and/or topicals to apply to my face daily. Neither solution is permanent or natural as I explained to her that I'd rather not do such because as anyone could understand it isn't for everyone to be forced to use unnatural remedies for their bodies. I simply preferred not to cut my hair off, problem solved. With all of this being said, she did not care and told to me that your employer requires you to have a shaven face and that's what you need to do. I tried pleading with her and asking her questions about the matter, but she did not budge. She was firm on wanting me to do it her way. It's almost as if she had something vested in such. This doctor was more concerned with what my employer wanted instead of what I needed, preferred, was more natural, and above all, safer. So all in all, Dr. Hilton wasn't looking out for the best interest of her patient, she was more interested in what the employer wanted despite me bringing to her what my employer gave to me that would give permission not to shave my face. Please do yourself a favor and search a little bit longer for a doctor that's about their patient's needs as it was clear this doctor wasn't about mine. Any doctor who only gives you the options of their way, whether it be pills, topicals, or any method outside of the simple and natural, isn't one to be trusted. read more

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Mai for lip fillers after a couple of friends had theirs done with such amazing results. Dr. Mai did an excellent job at turning my lips fuller while maintaining that natural look. Service was prompt and professional. I often don't recommend places but I highly suggest giving them a try.
