Pretty standard middle range Marriott property. If you've stayed at a residence inn category hotel…read morethis is similar. We stayed here twice in the same week while traveling domestically. The free airport shuttle works although not always on time - pick up on 3rd level gate #3 - helps to communicate with the front desk via WhatsApp (airport WiFi works near the gate) in case it's late. Checking in seems to be strictly 3 pm. King room is not bad, was told it's an upgrade, quite large with a couch and sitting area, very practical set up with plenty of surfaces to put stuff on. Wet bar with fridge and microwave is convenient. No hot water kettle however, just a keurig type coffee maker. Being a tea drinker it's useless, plus of course there's no tea just coffee pods. Overall it's clean and bed and pillows comfortable although sheets a bit thin and don't feel like cotton. Breakfast was ok with a few hot dishes, not the most tasty - eggs, veggies, potatoes, rice - variety of pastries but at peak time kept running out and not replenished. The biggest surprise was luggage storage which is not free - $10 per piece regardless of size or whether you are returning to stay at the hotel. Although a bargain compared to what the airport would charge (about $25 per piece). Wifi worked ok in room. We had lunch one time in the cafe as well which was adequate, Caesar salad was a bit in name only but it was fresh, pasta a bit overcooked and rather bland, however price quite reasonable.

We had one night in Santiago, with our departing flight leaving at 4:30am. Knowing that the city…read morecenter is about an hour away from the airport, we decided our best option on this visit would be stay as close to the airport as possible. City Express was just perfect for us, about 8 minutes by shuttle. PRO TIP the shuttle on Delfos is free. When you exit the baggage area look for door number 4, the Delfos desk is just to the right and they'll give you the free voucher to board their shuttle. Easy, once you know what you're doing :). We arrived super early around 10am and were pleased to find our room was ready. The room was basic, but well equipped with a hair dryer, iron, etc. We were waiting for our tour pick up so we opted to just eat lunch at the in hotel restaurant. The food was surprisingly good, and the place got quite busy around 1pm! They were happy to arrange the free shuttle to pick us up at 3am to head to the airport. Great stay!

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights when we visited Santiago, Chile. In sum,…read morewe had a so-so experience. Pros * Convenience - literally across the airport * You sleep well. You do not hear any plane noise * Good wifi reception * Decent food at restaurant * Provided extra towels and firm pillows upon request Cons * Understaffed reception area. They never answer phone calls from room. One has to go in person to get service * Shower doors do not close properly. Hence, water flooded floor. Requested assistance but no one came. * Iron in room did not work * Day tours or Uber are unable to pick you up from hotel due to proximity to airport. One has to take airport taxi (right across hotel) to go to Santiago. Tip: The terminal for international flights is behind the hotel. The terminal in front is for national flights.

Incredibly rude and unhelpful managers: Barbara and Pamela. We were not allowed to store the bags…read moreof our family in the rooms we paid for. Some members were unable to check their bags because of the time so some stayed behind to wait for the next flight and booked a room at the hotel, we were then not allowed to bring our family bags into our room because everyone's name didn't match with the registered guest. We had to move them and pay to store them in the international terminal. It cost us $500 to store the bags at the airport. Cellular data does not work inside the building and you must give your email to get onto the hotel wifi. There is only 1 restaurant which is only open during certain hours so we had to eat at the airport when we were very hungry at 4PM and the restaurant wasn't open until 5. They do not have any porters to help you with you luggage. They don't provide conditioner and the shampoo is cheap and awful. The TV has several apps but they don't provide any login. The channels don't work either because the signal in the building is weak so it very glitchy and pauses frequently; and the room is expensive for what it is- over $150/night to look at the airport parking lot, no water for the coffee machine, no refrigerator, no proper bathroom supplies, and be treated rudely. If it weren't convenient ad I short on time, I would have cancelled and gone elsewhere. If you have the time, please take it from me, a world traveler, go somewhere else.

I believe this was 2 km from the airport…read more This hotel was mainly chosen due to the proximity to said airport. I mean, we arrived around 9:30 PM, and we knew the car rental companies would be closed. Figured we might as well stay nearby to then return the following day and get our rental car. It was a plus, too, that this hotel had a free shuttle service with Transvip. Unfortunately what they don't tell you is that the shuttle only comes once every hour. As we were exhausted from our day of flights, we bit the bullet and paid for a taxi. The hotel itself is nothing special. Pretty basic things, although I was surprised that we had a bathtub in the bathroom. As for breakfast, they have an American style buffet, and meh - it was nothing out of the ordinary. It maybe even was poor, but when you're in a foreign country and kind of stuck, it meets the criteria for substance. Staff was pleasant and kind. When checking out, we had no problems returning to the airport for our rental car. Recommend for a short stay but not much else. Certain areas are closed off due to COVID-19 protocols.

The room was spacious and clean for a budget hotel, and the shower had good water pressure and hot water. There's not a lot around so we had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. It was ~$10USD per main. We paid $28 for two mains and two bottles of water. The food wasn't the best but it wasn't bad either. Service was friendly. WiFi was good too. It's a budget hotel for sure, but a decent one!
