We had a couple of water activities we wanted to do, and Sky Pirate was EXTREMELY accommodating to the activities, as well as rescheduling in case of weather. I could not be happier with them and I can't recommend them highly enough. We rented a small boat one day. The price included the fuel for the boat. We had the absolute best morning riding around in it. The guide was really helpful in explaining the guidelines for the boat, as well as where we needed to stay (geographically, unfortunately we could not take the boat way out into the ocean lol). We came back with no issues and with the craving to go back ASAP. Another day we went parasailing. I thought it was gonna be maybe 20 feet above the boat. Nope. We were so high up, it was such a gorgeous view from way up there. We saw the idak and from a new perspective And even saw some dolphins way down in the water. We felt very safe and had a fun time with our group. We were elated with our experience with Sky Pirate and we would highly recommend them. We can't wait to be back!

Well, it was very fun, I was sick, so unfortunately, it made me kind of nauseated. Due to feeling sick I asked if we could change the day of our parasailing to another day later in the week since I wasn't feeling good. They told me that it wasn't possible and that " I had to just suck it up " were his exact words, unless I wanted to lose the money. With that being said, I went ahead with it because I was there with my boyfriend and it's something I wanted him to try since he had never done it before. After we went parasailing, I had asked where I could collect our video, since that was the package we had purchased. Well, to no surprise, they never took it. They didn't offer to redo it another day, they didn't offer to take us back up to take it. They didn't show any empathy whatsoever. Just honestly very rude people with zero customer service skills.

I had a really disappointing experience with Island Cruisers. When I received the bike, both tires…read morewere very low on air, making the bike unrideable. I called the company. No one answered and I was sent to voicemail. I left a message and did not receive a response. I loaded the bike into the car and went to Hilton Head Outfitters, where they kindly inflated both tires for me. I then went out for a bike ride. About a mile and a half out, I heard a loud springing sound from the rear of the bike, like the fender had fallen off. When I pulled over, I discovered the back tire was completely flat. The bike was unrideable and I had to walk it back to the Palmetto Dunes General Store, where I locked it up and walked the rest of the way back to my condo. I spoke to a woman at Island Cruisers the following morning. Instead of apologizing for my experience and offering to make it right, she told me the bike was in good condition when it was dropped and that I must've ridden over something, an interesting response given that I had not ridden the bike at the time I discovered the flat tires. She claimed the photograph of the bike identifying where it was located in the garage proved the tires weren't flat. Of course, there was no one sitting on the bike or squeezing the tires at the time the photo was taken so this claim is utter nonsense. The only positive in the entire experience is that they did issue a full refund. However, that was a small consolation. That they would blame the customer instead of considering the possibility that the crew dropped off the bike without thoroughly checking it out speaks volumes.

Do yourself a favor, don't use this bike rental company. Have been renting bike in Hilton Head for…read moreover 25 years, first and last time using Island Cruisers. The bike literally had electrical tape on the handle bars., the seat was all cracked and worn. The pull along was dirty . Learned my lesson, not using this company ever again.

The bikes were in great shape and sized right for our group. 2 of us over 6'4". The seats were cushiony and that helped as haven't been on a bike for a while . The value was outstanding! Maybe best deal on the island. There are plenty of trails to ride and miles of beach- with these bikes it was a highlight of our vacation. Originating from…read morePalmetto Bay Marina, Hilton Head One also hosts a variety of water-based activities from this spot. Our very knowledgeable guides were Captain Mark and first Mate Monica. On the way out of the marina, several dolphins were spotted, with several known by name by the local tour guides. Several more dolphins were seen throughout the afternoon. Everyone had a great time and did not want the dolphin tour to end. This tour is highly recommended if you are in or near Hilton Head.
