Unfortunately, this Hilton is so subpar compared to any other I've stayed at. First, one of the 3 elevators is broken and has been broken for months. Secondly, the sink in my room was clogged the entire stay and nobody came to fix it, as requested. The room smelled of mold and the wallpaper was peeling off due to the dampness. Lastly, there was a 1-2 inch gap between the bottom of my door and the floor. I could literally see people's shoes as they walked past my room. While the staff was friendly, they seemed stretched thin. I've stayed here several times over the past 7 years, and have watched it go downhill. I will not stay here again Trip typeBusiness · Solo

Huge thank you to Pamela, Angie & Kristi at the Hilton in Knoxville! We had to stay in Knoxville unexpectedly when our flight was canceled to return home from our honeymoon in the Smokey mountains / Gaitlinburg. We choose the Hilton, and the ladies at the front desk were some of the kindest, sweetest and most personable people ever. They were so beyond helpful and even sent us up a charcuterie board to our room as a very kind gesture for to celebrate our honeymoon. Thank you Pamela, Angie, & Krista! We can't thank you all enough for being so amazing to us! We felt such a connection to you all. It was such a pleasure meeting all of you!

We stayed the weekend of the Men's Gymnastics Championships. Hilton Knoxville was the host hotel so were able to secure a discounted group rate. Valet parking only at the hotel, but there might be street and garage parking nearby. They had a full service restaurant and a Starbucks. We only stayed one night. Our room was a two bed and it was plenty spacious for my family of three. The bathroom was kinda small, but we managed. The room and hotel itself was clean. After a very long day and night of gymnastics, we all slept very well. We asked for a late check out ahead of time with no problem. Masks were required and social distancing was encouraged with floor markers. Hand sanitizer was readily available. The staff was wonderful. We had a short great stay. Location is perfect if you want to be close to everything!

I would recommend this Hilton based solely on the staff! Although the lobby and general area of the hotel was lovely, my room was not. The bathroom is where the let down started. Toilet leaked water onto the floor each time I flushed it. Additionally, there was mold around the tub which also seemed to need a cleaning. I expect better from the Hilton.

Two nights (on points) at this full service property where we had a nice room on the 15th floor that was mostly quiet and very comfortable. A little bit of noise from neighbors through the connecting door and some from the hallway but nothing from outside. We were pretty far down the hallway so there was nothing from the elevator. Hotel communication was excellent. I received an initial text message asking how things were and then a second the next morning asking if we needed anything. I replied to that one that we would be skipping housekeeping but could we have a few more towels and some more coffee. When we returned to the room a few hours later (I had the DND on the door), there was a pair of large bags full of clean towels and another bag with nearly 20 coffee packets and twice that many creamer packets. Way to overdeliver, Hilton Knoxville! We valet parked the car with the hotel and as a Hilton Diamond, that was only $18 a day. But it's worth noting that there is a parking deck around the corner that's free on the weekends and I did not spot that until later. Concierge lounge was full of snacks in the evening and a decent standard breakfast in the morning. Clean and well cared for by a friendly attendant. Everyone we interacted with was lovely. If I return to Knoxville, I'll be looking forward to staying in this property again. [Review 12889 overall, 205 of 2020.]

This is a great choice for a hotel if you're looking to explore Knoxville or looking to be in a good location for business or an event. It's not even a five-minute walk to the downtown/Market Square area. It's safe and quiet all around. The room (queen bed) is spacious, comfortable, and squeaky clean. Staff, from the front desk to the cleaning crew, was super friendly and professional, and they give you complimentary water bottles. Corner room on the 17th floor with the city view was dope. There's really not much hassle or issues to deal with, as check-in, check-out, and valet were all seamless. There's a Starbucks inside, along with lots of seating space in the lobby. They don't provide breakfast for guests, which was surprising to me. We paid extra for the lounge, which has meals and snacks throughout the day. Seemed worth it.

A nice hotel, good location and excellent customer service. A bit high nightly rate. Or maybe it was my luck. I don't think it can be charging almost $200 a night. But I did arrive at a high occupancy night. I saw nothing at the hotel that was crazy good. The hotel is great but some garden inn can look as good, newer and better rate. I got a nicer king size room that had huge windows only overlooking some driveway or parking area. The bathroom was totally normal. The kitchen and living area were great. The bed was not amazing. The gym is a bit bigger size and might be the best thing in the hotel plus its location. Got to love Knoxville and specially Tennessee above all! I could stay here again depending on rate, there is a Hampton inn couple blocks away that might be better value who knows.

The hotel is a boutique style, and the room was super clean and I enjoyed the toilet was separated by a door in the bathroom. Unfortunately the "Tennessean restaurant" on the second floor was a no go. I'd give it 1 stars for quality and service. I ordered a cocktail and ordered food to go. The bartender was kind and my pomegranate cocktail was delicious, however, I sat at the bar for a good 10 minutes and the customers that said at my seat and down the bar, their empty drinks took were not removed from the bar in a good 30 min after going back down to get the food. The counter was wet and sticky. I upgraded my risotto to add scallops. After getting to my room, I realized they were not included. Also paying $48 for risotto, even to go, coming in a Tupperware just didn't hit me right. This wasn't a cheap Chinese to-go order... I had to call to have scallops brought up and also didn't realize the description on the menu was what it was for the burger, I asked for a new burger or even maybe a bun, but honestly the truffle stuff on their was impossible to get off. They didn't offer to remake the burger and literally 20 min later brought a bun with two rubbery scallops that were way too fishy smelling.

It was an early birthday treat and probably one of the best things I could have asked for as a very tired mom. Checking in the process was super easy. The front desk person was professional and let me know about their nightly kickback and their morning breakfast. The room was nice and clean. Spacious and not super loud. There was some noise from the highway that is right by the hotel but it's not bad at all. The bed was soft and there was extra seating and also a desk and a fridge and microwave. No complaints at all. The nightly kickback was awesome. Decent food and lots of it. It was buffet style so you could grab what you wanted and then come back for more. It was kept well stocked and if you are over 21 they give you three drink vouchers. Also if you don't drink there is fountain soda that is free and also available 24hrs a day. Also popcorn is available in the evening. Great for movie nights in the room. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Again it was all well stocked and refilled constantly. My stay was super nice. I wanted to be able to relax and really not do anything and this was the perfect place for it. I could go out enjoy my day and then just have the ability to relax and unwind in the evening. I would recommend the Drury to anyone and everyone. It's great for families. They also have a pool and hot tub, which I didn't use, but my kids would have loved.
