Garage parking $45 per night. Needs keycard to enter and exit. A lot of parking spots. Walked to the front desk, the lady was nice, smooth and easy check in. Handed me my keycards. I was surprised that she didn't tell me anything about the hotel? Fitness area? Restaurant or bar information? What floor is the pool? Anything about breakfast? Nothing. After checking out our room, I came back to the lobby area and ask concierge, where's the ice machine/pool/gym. It's on the 3rd floor, the pool is inside the gym, on the rooftop. There's a pool and jacuzzi. Hours are 10am to 10pm. Our room was nice. The bed and pillows was comfortable. The bathroom was okay. The main shower head wasn't that great, but I liked how there was a smaller detachable shower head. It made it easier for my 8 year old to shower by herself. The toilet paper was also in a weird place where you have to twist backwards to reach. We were on the 8th floor, not much scenery. There's 3 elevators. The location was nice. Staff was good. We walked to Christmas In The Park. Overall, an okay decent stay for one night.

Beds 5 stars. Comfy quiet Hot water shower. 5 stars. Hot with lots of pressure. Room. Clean. 5 stars. Front desk staff and doorman. 5 stars. Smiles friendly. Energetic. Room. Austere and decor. 4 ( a little dull) Bathroom shower enclosure. Clean as possible. Bit the plastic or fiberglass enclosure that mimics tile is needing an update. Grime and stain is collecting around the bottom. Glass and tile is the new clean. I appreciate the privacy a shower curtain provides. But they are outdated. It's time to move on. I realize it's a savings to put in bulk soap and shampoo. But that really classes down a place. Dont you think ? No fan. Bathroom too humid to use the mirror. See pic. Soap dish siliconed in crooked. Is this the new Hilton. ? Holiday in is biting at your heels in the shower enclosure area. That said. Quiet Comfy warm beds win out over all those minor areas. I'd stay here again. Walkable to the college kid supported food area. 15 minutes.

First, this is close to the airport and in a convenient location to fwy. Now, to get here, unlike other hotels, you cannot leave your car at the front to checkin unless you do street parking. If you are planning to stay overnight and more at peace for safety and car space, head to San Carlos Street and you'll see the entrance to the hotel parking. Do not be confused by Almaden parking entry ways unless you're attending the conference center side. The hotel shares parking but there are bars/poles to block non-hotel visitors on their side of parking. There is no valet, it's all self parking. Be careful tho, on your way to the entrance underground, it shares with the delivery area so trucks can be there. It's a little walk from the elevator to the hotel lobby. Signs are small and not convenient but the hallway is big so there's room to wander. Each elevator has a digital pad, you select the floor you're going and it'll head straight there. If you have a sudden decision change while inside of the elevator, there's no way to change floors unless you step out on your initial floor entered then select on the keypad again. Fitness center is at the third floor. Again, signs are not really clear nor visible but it was clean. Some were broken/ out of order but it's not crowded. Housekeeping comes daily unless you put the do not disturb sign on your door or if you request for none during your stay.

I stayed here recently while attending a conference and it was great! My room was super comfy, the food at the hotel was delicious, and their gym was great! They don't have valet parking options but they have a parking garage right on site that's easy to get to. Their staff were all very friendly.

The location was unbeatable since everything we had planned was on Santana Row. Restaurants, shopping, Westfield Valley Fair, and the Winchester Mystery House were all within easy walking distance. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the property was beautiful, and the complimentary sangria at check-in was a nice touch. The bed was also one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in. Just be aware that this is an upscale hotel with upscale fees. Early check-in before 10 am is $100, early check-in by 1 pm is $60, and valet parking is $60 per day with in-and-out privileges. We arrived around 9:30 am but decided to wait until check-in since the early check-in fee wasn't worth it for us. We came back around 2 pm and were pleasantly surprised they checked us in at no extra charge. We also skipped valet and parked in one of the nearby garages for about $15 per day. We'd definitely stay here again and next time book a longer stay to enjoy it even more.

First the bartender told my sister she can't sit on her boyfriend lap. Second they are WAYYYYYYY OVER PRICE.... Third bartender told my sister to to change the light back to blue. They have little laps on the table that change colors and she put it to the bright regular light so she can see and I told her to change it back to the dark blue.. It was my sisters birthday in and one of our friends end up drinking a little too much dancing a little loud, not rude, or being like the bad guy a troublemaker, but they kicked us out because she was too loud . so if you're trying to have a good time, lots of fun and not being picked on do not go to that bar.. the energy in there a little more was almost we were to go to be there and we did not appreciate that we just wanted to drink. Have fun and celebrate. And my husband made that bartender apologize to my sister is the one that told her to get off her boyfriends lap .

We were traveling from San Francisco and took Caltrain before switching to the light rail to get to our hotel. The best surprise was that the light rail stop was literally right in front of the hotel! I had no idea when we booked it, so that was an amazing convenience. The downside to being that close to public transportation is that you can definitely hear it. In the mornings, we could hear the buses and trains arriving, along with the beeping sounds they make. It wasn't a huge deal for us, but if you're a light sleeper, it's something to keep in mind. The room was the perfect size for my daughter and me. We were both able to spread out and actually unpack all of our things, which felt especially nice after staying in a micro-hotel for the few days before. The bathroom was also a good size and everything felt very clean, which is one of the most important things to me when staying in a hotel. I want to feel like I'm in a clean, safe space, and this hotel definitely delivered on that. One of my favorite features was the blackout curtains. When you pulled them all the way down, they blocked out all the daylight. You could honestly forget what time of day it was! They were absolutely perfect for those vacation afternoon naps. The location was probably the biggest selling point for us. Not only were we right next to public transportation, but so many things were within walking distance. We didn't realize when we booked that we were staying in an area with a lot of bars, but thankfully it didn't feel like an overly rowdy or drunken area. We walked about 20 minutes to the SAP Center for a concert and then walked back to the hotel at night, and we felt completely safe the entire time. We were also able to walk to two different restaurants that we really enjoyed, and there was even a little mini-golf place nearby that we wanted to try. Unfortunately, the hours never worked with our schedule, but it was nice having so many options close by. After coming back from the concert around 11 p.m., we were even able to stop at a cookie shop and an ice cream shop for a late-night treat before heading back to the hotel. The area was still busy with people at the bars, but everyone we encountered was friendly. Another convenience was being able to leave our bags at the hotel after checking out while we went to brunch before heading to the airport. That made our last morning so much easier. One slightly odd thing is that the hotel is connected to a restaurant, so you need your room key to access the lobby restrooms. After we had checked out and were waiting for our ride to the airport, we needed to use the restroom and had to go back to the front desk and ask for a key. It's a small thing, but it would have been nice to know beforehand. Overall, I really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the blackout curtains were fantastic, the staff was friendly, and the location was incredibly convenient. Being able to take public transportation directly to the hotel and then walk to restaurants, the concert venue, and other things around downtown made our trip so much easier. For a trip where we were trying to get around without constantly using Uber or a car, this was a great location.

Parking is a ok but from the lot you have to walk around the building to get to main doors. The front desk staff was nice but a little pushy as if I was holding them up although there was no one else in the lobby. The onsite restaurant was nice as the front desk gives you two tickets of a discount for two drinks. The rooms were enough as I said for a business trip but not as a place for a family spot. Rooms were updated but small. A bed, a desk, and night stand. TV on the wall on the side of the room. Have to lay sideways to see tv. Not too comfortable. Cleaning staff was great very nice and professional. Check it out

I stayed here while attending a concert at Levi's Stadium and was pleasantly surprised, especially for the value. We had a room with two queen beds that was much more spacious than I expected. It also had a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator and cooking area. I didn't use the kitchen since we were only there for the concert, but it would be great for families or a longer stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was probably my biggest surprise. I normally don't expect much from hotel breakfast buffets and try to get there early before everybody's hands have touched everything. They had the usual self-serve items like waffles, breads and fruit, but they also had someone preparing eggs and serving bacon and potatoes. They even had healthier options like quinoa and salad. And the coffee deserves a mention! They had regular hotel coffee plus an espresso machine. If you know me, you know I love my coffee, so that was definitely a plus. I'm not saying run over here just to eat breakfast , but for a complimentary hotel breakfast, it was actually very good and added a lot of value to the stay. Another big plus if you're staying here for an event at Levi's Stadium is the nearby VTA light rail. I wish I had known about that option before our concert! Overall, this was a good value with a spacious room, kitchen, better-than-expected breakfast, good coffee and convenient access to transportation. I would definitely consider staying here again for another event at Levi's Stadium. -- Popcorn Travels
