After already replacing the sod once and then killing it again they then claimed that we were not watering enough even though there were no issues for over a year with the sod, and they had admitted to killing the grass the first time around. Should have been more than enough to kick this company to the curb, but we were still we were working with them to see if we could get it resolved. We had a consultation with Buddy, the owner's son, and while I was trying to show him the weeds growing through the lush parts of the lawn (as he claimed it was being opportunistic) he didn't bother trying to look at what I was showing him, very rudely interrupted me multiple times literally holding up his hand to my face and saying "Stop", told me I was wasting his time, and that I was not listening to his expertise, the very thing that was under scrutiny. I was not being rude or overly aggressive in any way, but very concerned and yes, saying "hey I don't buy your explanation here is my evidence" but that was too much for him to handle I guess. These pinch-a-penny businesses are terrible at business and their profession apparently. They are so scared to spend a few hundred bucks fixing the issue they caused (I literally pay them to solve these problems because I don't have time to) which would continue getting more than enough business from us to cover whatever the cost is, but instead they are arrogant and condescending and flat out rude and lose all future business from me and anyone I associate with. They dragged their business name through the dirt today. Don't waste your time with these guys. Honestly, even if I was totally wrong, the way he acted was seriously unprofessional and would have lost me any job I have ever had. I guess nepotism pays however. In the end, after two years of paying for their services, my yard is terrible looking and yeah I guess it really is my fault for making the mistake of using Father and Son.
