When you're all the way back in the chair there's a TV screen to watch and they give you sunglasses so the lights don't bother you. Today I had a cleaning and a tooth extraction. Both dental hygienists are very gentle. It's never painful. Then I had X-rays done. They used a gun he held and it was More precise and lower dosage. The hygienist didn't even need to move away. The Novocain worked well and i barely felt the tooth extraction. Afterwards I got free toothpaste and a toothbrush. I highly recommend Mint Kisco

Unfortunately, instead of giving me Dr. Schwartz, the dentist I had seen, I was made to see what I believe to be his daughter, Melissa, who also practices at the office. Without getting into details, Melissa's work left me with an issue that she could not resolve and required me going to another doctor to fix. I resolved to not have any more work done at the office, but since they were close and on my insurance, I remained with them for cleanings - after all, whatever my opinion on Melissa, the dental hygienists were fine. A few days before my appointment, I received a letter in the mail saying they would not longer accept my insurance. I called them immediately to see if they would honor my appointment, and they declined - however they let me know that I could still pay out of pocket for said services. I laughed out loud when they told me the price. If you go to this office, be certain that you 1) clarify that you're getting Steven Schwartz and they're not going to foist somebody else on you and 2) that they will honor your insurance on the date of the appointment.

My son has always been a little nervous and scared but…read morewould ultimately be ok until today....he was upset from he beginning and instead of trying to calm him the dentist was getting mad at him he was saying his nose hurt from the gas mask they gave him a needle which they've never done before without letting me know he was screaming for me crying kept asking to see me they wouldn't allow me in the room and even told him if he didn't calm down and breath in the gas they were gonna give him another needle but said it in a kind of threatening way. We will NEVER be back and I will never recommend this place to anyone. My son left absolutely traumatized.
