My husband and I pulled the plug on selling our home In the Bay Area CA last October with absolutely no idea of where our next home would be. We cannot thank Himiko enough for finding us our perfect home! If you're looking for someone who listens, cares, provides detailed insight, bespoke strategy for your situation and most importantly closes the deal, she IS the person for you! Buying a home is one of the largest purchases one could do, such a large investment should result in the perfect home for your family or the ideal real-estate to build your investment portfolio. But in this market, nearly every story comes with HUGE compromises, compromises that in a buyer's market one would never think to do. That's what my husband and I were facing, in the year and a half of searching for a home in one of the nation's largest growing communities, Dallas Fort-Worth Metro. We found ourselves making more and more compromises as offers were rejected over and over again - eleven to be exact. With each offer, we found ourselves making compromises, from the size of the home to the condition of the home - "I guess we'll have to get what we can get," we concluded after our 11th offer was rejected. It was a hard reality for us. We also had terrible luck with our realtor's, we went through 4 highly recommended realtors until we found our lucky 5th, Himiko Sadiki. Each prior realtor pushed us to look for homes 30-40 minutes outside of our "Wishlist areas", pushed us to compromise on the quality of the home and even discouraged us from pursuing a VA loan, something we decided was not an option.
