They never responded to any emails about any of the damage or the pathetic appraisal. They wanted to pay for the stain on my deck and expected me to do the work! Nothing happened until I found a lawyer to take them to court! Run from these guys! I have no idea how they are in business? If you see Grinell on your policy you are screwed.
