I wanted a specific outdoor landscape plant. I called ahead to make sure that it was in stock so I…read morewouldn't waste a trip, as this place is not close to where I live. Even though the number of employees greatly outnumbered the customers, nobody seemed very interested in helping me locate my item. First, they told me that they were in the building so I went and searched through the buildings didn't find them. I went back to check in and was told: they're here somewhere, you just have to look around. Keep in mind this is a huge place. I walked around the outdoor garden center multiple times looking at every tag of every fern and not finding what they said they had in stock. I had to seek out help from multiple workers. Most gave vague answers and were disinterested. There was one attentive employee, she said it was her first day so even though she was willing to help, she didn't know about the inventory and where items were. So frustrating! I'm here. I'm ready to purchase, but nobody can point me to the item that they said they had in stock that I would like to purchase. I probably won't come back. What a time dump. I still don't even know if they actually have my item in stock. The staff seems very confused about their inventory and not super eager to help customers.

They have swan paddle boats, a little train that goes through the 9 acre nursery, and a bit of animals to pet & feed. The only warning I have is watch your hands around the pig (he got my wife pretty good). Total cost for a family of four to ride the train, feed the birds, and stop and pet all of the animals: -$25

I had previously asked a coworker I work with whom plays the game to finger through them and give me some advice. He let me know that while I had several rarer cards, that the bulk of them were "common manna" and not worth much. After the middle-aged man with a ponytail went through them, he offered me a measly $10, saying I didn't have anything special & that the cards I did have would sit for months on end prior to being purchased. I accepted their offer and went on my way. Fast forward to this morning, I again spoke to my coworker & let him know what I had gotten out of the "deal". He was absolutely shocked to hear they had low-balled me like they did, and he indicated to me that the Secret Door would certainly be making a killing off of my collection. I should have known better, because they offered my young daughter two free packs of MtG cards before we left. Looking back, I feel that was their was of feeling better about themselves for ripping me off. Shame shame shame. Should've just sold on Ebay!!
