Crooks. A friend advised me that this pharmacy had home testing kits for COVID available when nobody else in town did. Wonderful! I showed up to find that they were selling the exact same Binax Now 2-pack as other places like WalMart, Target, CVS, and others. All good. The same pack was $14 at those places, but they were all sold out. This place, Hinas, was selling the exact same pack for $40. Yes, considerably more than twice as much. With pricing like that in a time of need, It makes one wonder if they bought out the reasonable suppliers in order to price gouge those in need. Very sad, .....and telling. read more

This is a small family owned business. They don't have the resources that a CVS, Walmart, etc. have. They try their best to give great service and try to help with pharm prices. Pharmacy staff very insensitive to medical disabilities and special needs, from the cashier, to the stock person to the pharmacist. Cashier very unprofessional, rude and mean. Entire staff bullying in nature. We made our appointment several weeks ago for a time sensitive follow up with the pharmacist that happened to be due on Labor Day. We asked several times to make sure that they were open on that day and the person at the front desk assured us that they were open. We altered our Labor Day plans for the whole family just so we could make this appointment. Appointment time comes up and turns out they are closed till tomorrow. There was no courtesy call, email, text, or communication of any kind in the last several weeks to inform us that they would be closed for the appointment they had made for us. Aside from jeopardizing our time sensitive medical care, this has caused an unnecessary inconvenience and is a waste of our time. It is irresponsible and disrespectful to not inform your patients before they show up to their appointments that you will be closed. read more

Worst, mean-hearted people in town. CVS has better customer service. Owner told me she's a for profit place and that they have costs that they pass on even though my insurance company says I have no copay. Then while I was trying to work it out with the insurance company, she decided that she wasn't going to run it through my insurance and that if I wanted my meds I would need to pay the full cash price and that her offer to run it through insurance was gone. This isn't the swap meet or a yard sale, it's a pharmacy, they were negotiating without a care in for me or my health. If I couldn't afford $70, why would I be able to pay $180. A very nice bystander heard what was going on and offered to pay then I just couldn't stop crying. I think they realized what awful people they were and offered to give me enough to get my order to another pharmacy. The world needs to know that these people are greedy and horrible. Horrible owners and practices. Their other location sent me here just to receive bad service. Support pharmacies that care about you, your health, your pocket. Big chain pharmacies cost more and they don't pass that cost to you because it isn't right when you've met your out-of-pocket for the year and if they recognize that and these people can't, that's what is truly sad. This place gets a zero on Data Security and HIPAA. Their cashiers loudly ask you for your birthdate with no option to either key it in or write it down. They then repeat it (several times in my case) very loudly so that everyone waiting (because you will wait a very long time here) hears it as well. This is after they ask for your full name and the name of all the drugs you are picking up. I have had them ask me for the last four of my SS# in the same manner. Obviously they don't care about ID Theft. After I complained, the two very unprofessional girls up front proceeded to whisper and make derogatory comments behind my back that could be heard by everyone there, including the Pharmacist. I ran into at least two clients of mine while I was there and they had the same complaint. Normally I don't complain about price but this place was also 10% higher on my medications than every other Pharmacy in town. But I am more worried about my ID information getting stolen or hacked from this place than any other place I have been too for a very long time. I know we will warn clients to not get their prescriptions filled here. read more

First off they never have my rx ready when i call it in so im told to wait when i call they say its ready though and they never call me and update me on anything ever and delivery was supposed to be today between 2-7 and its now 7:04 i have been here waiting all day and nope nothing im very disappointed especially since its a matter of life or death for this rx i have sticky blood syndrome and need this everyday i cant switch pharmacies because its the only one in town that has it readily available other places have to order and it takes over a month for them to get it.
