Steve was amazing and helped build a great program for me to come back from ACL/Meniscus surgery. Unfortunately, when I went back to work I had a scheduling conflict and changed to a different group. What a mistake!! I ended up needing a second surgery on my knee because they didn't rehab it correctly. A few years later I needed spinal surgery and Blue Hill had opened another location closer to my home. Christine was my therapist and built a great program to get my strength and mobility back. We knew I would be having a second surgery later that year so of course I went back to Christine! Again she followed the plan they work from, continue to move forward adding new exercises and/or additional weight, always checking in to make sure my form was correct and we weren't going to fast. I had another surgery and right back to Christine!! I just had my fourth spinal surgery. This one was much more complicated. Of course I called Blue Hill but Christine had moved to another location sadly, too far away. But I knew their program and how they approach rehab worked so I scheduled with Brittney. She is amazing!!! Extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the movements, muscles being worked and she encourages me when I feel I'm not doing well enough. We discuss my progress and hone in on the areas that need more work. She finds the perfect exercises to increase my strength and build my stamina. i couldn't be happier with my progress!!!! I can hike, climb stairs, cook meals and play with my grandchildren even running a bit!! Not bad after thinking I would never be able to do these things again!!

I did the responsible thing by calling to tell them I would be a little bit late according to my GPS, I was going to be exactly 15 minutes late. I was on hold for 19 minutes. I finally ended the call and she called me back minutes later and told me that she told them I was going to be late and the doctor Reisner would still see me upon getting to social medical Center. I went to check-in where I was told I was 15 minutes late and he probably wouldn't be able to see. I then told them about the phone call that I had made and what was told to me by Brittany after they said it doesn't matter. You need to go over to specialties and talk to them at this point I yelled I did yell and I also swore, but this is the second time that Socio Medical Center has disappointed me. They won't replace it, but they will add a new state of the art mammogram machine which I am totally for 100% because I battled breast cancer 13 years ago, but why is there only one x-ray machine why and why do patients have to wait almost an hour to have an x-ray because there's only one x-ray machine, and why of all the pediatriciansl left. This practice to open a new practice. I brought my children to this practice all of their childhood years. All three of my daughters thank God the pediatrician that chose to rape. By the time we got off the phone she had recommended a "scheduling health plan" (my words, not hers) by way of an outline that included a Home nurse for one visit while we were waiting for the April appointment for Moms Primary Doctor! She then passed me to the Prescription Refill Nurse for Moms refill. I would like to add that I have had very difficult health issues myself over the past three years so I have been speaking with many, many, scheduling departments over that time and Kristin was FAR AND AWAY the best, most pleasant, greatest listener, and offered an extremely intelligent recommended plan. She is THE best at her job that I have ever spoken with!
