It is very obvious from the unsatisfactory appearance that your employee lied to me and never applied the primer. He also agreed to use fiberglass tape because paper drywall tape has a tendency to bubble if not properly applied, which it has now. Moreover, the cause for drywall tape bubbling or cracking is almost always not enough mud under the tape or too much mud on top. This was not the professional job I expected. read more

I just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Allison. Me and my tenant are in the process of repairing a garbage disposal and we also had the idea of getting a new sink recently. My complaint is that after receiving the quote by mail dated 2/24, I called on 3/13 to schedule work and was told the manager would call me to schedule. Between a crying baby and working from home, my wife and I decided to insulate our bedroom doors with DIY parts from Home Depot. Unfortunately, we botched the job. Badly. The work needed to be redone as we couldn't even close our doors after our installation. I had my whole house rewired by Frontline Electrical Services, and it required cutting a very large number of holes in my lath-and-plaster walls. They recommended Hire My Husband for the patching, and after a bit of research, I hired them. They did an outstanding job patching large holes with drywall and filling the smaller spaces around the new outlets. I was skeptical about how good the patches would look until the end of the final day when they expertly matched the wall textures over the patches to the local wall texture. Their work was excellent! The only way to pick out the patches is by a slight color difference since they have not yet been painted. In addition to the patching, Hire My Husband build a new frame around my kitchen windows. It looks great and matches the style of the framing in the breakfast area. Again, excellent work! Hire My Husband also does interior painting, but I am going to wait to have the interior painted until I do a few other things to the house. I will have them do that work, too. read more

They built closets where there wasn't one, they added an awesome bench seat in my son's room, they closed in several walls and added doors or whatever I needed.
