The good: we got a lot done in the 5 hours and $1500 charged. The bad: Madison is unpleasant to be around for even 15 minutes. You have to be willing to buy supplies (including she wants 5 bottles of water) and being yelled at and scolded and being disapproved of loudly for the 5 hours. She contradicts herself constantly and doesn't listen. Her team members are very nice and I don't see how they can stand how she yells at them and gives the contradictory and repetitive orders constantly. read more

We have had Madison and team come to our house 2x, and they have successfully decluttered our entire downstairs!! We weren't hoarders but we have lived in the house 10 years and we were DROWNING in toys, acquired things and just old items that needed to be thrown out. It felt suffocating. While this wasn't the most pleasant experience (is purging ever?), the results of a cleaner more clear house was exactly what we (me, my husband and 2 children) needed. Madison knows right away what must go and what her team needs to do to get the most out of the day (5 hours of cleaning/sorting/purging), and they are very efficient and not scared to do the work. I almost went with another company that was more Instagram pretty but realized quickly they were slower, and the before and after pictures did not differ much. I give my highest recommendation to Madison and her crew. With a full-time+ job and four young kids, clutter and mess had become out of control. I have had some amazing friends help me over the years, but this was more than what two people could accomplish. I asked if she could help put some order into our chaotic house. Most importantly, I wanted a previously-unusable playroom to be functional, now that my youngest two are 5 years old and pretty good at cleaning up messes. We were absolutely overwhelmed by our hoarders's mess. Madison and her crew of 4 came and deglutted our 1050 square ft condo for 5 hours... They cleaned as they went. The master bedroom walk-in closet, which we couldn't even close the door to, is now a walk-in again! The clothes are labelled, organized, and folded neatly on the shelves. They went through piles and piles and piles of old mail, taking out the obvious junk and putting things like tax statements into banker boxes so I can go through them. Photos went into another file. I had a garage clean out scheduled with Results At Last. The clean up crew showed up 20 minutes before the start time. Everyone had name badges. Madison knows how to organize and manage the cleanup crew. Everyone was friendly and motivated. Madison scheduled a recycler to pickup the donation stuff at the end of the cleanup. The cleanup was from noon to 5 pm, and Madison and crew used every minute productively. I plan on using this service to declutter my kitchen and bedrooms in the future. My garage is clean and organized for the first time in 25 years. I could never do this on my own. I would just move a pile of stuff from one spot to another spot. It was hard to part with somethings but it had to be done. And Madison understands how hard it is to let go of things that bring back a lifetime of memories.
