Been looking for a good handyman for a while now. Think I finally found him. J&R was quick to respond, offered a great price and was available the next day. I needed to relocate a pair of switches to lights in our bathroom. J&R installed a pair of wireless switches that did the trick perfectly. Additionally, I had an outside gfci outlet, that I suspected had failed, located in an awkward spot behind some pool equipment. Again, J&R did the job quickly. Sunny did a good job actually installing my high photo frames and followed instructions well. However, scheduling was chaotic (he showed up unprepared the first time). On the day of installation, he rushed out because he overbooked his day and left the job unfinished--the high frames are dirty from the installation process and I cannot reach them safely to clean them. He is currently refusing to give me a date to return and finish the cleaning, stating he will only come back when he finds another customer in my area. Good installation work, but poor time management and follow-through on the agreed-upon scope of work. I will update this if he returns to finish the job. [UPDATE] Sunny reached out to me since my original post and scheduled a time to come back. He arrived right on time and finished cleaning the frames as requested. I appreciate him following through to make sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. While the process took a bit longer than expected, I appreciate that he returned to make things right. I'm so glad that I found Sunny. I had done some remodeling and the old plugs and light switches were showing their age. I had roughly 30 plugs and 30 light switches to be installed. Sunny gave me the best price and he did a great job. I'd bought some light switches that were not the right ones. Sunny picked up the correct ones on his way back here the next morning. He set the job up well, right from the start and so he completed this job in about a day and a half.
