The crew showed up not only on time, but earlier than expected. They got right to work and did a fantastic job. The area around the house even smelled clean. I'm giving them a 4 star because of tardiness, otherwise their service was great. The requested estimate was given in a very timely fashion. The pricing was comparable to other quotes we received. They were very polite and excellent at their jobs. They did a fantastic job cleaning our composite deck, stairs and all. Mike really knows what he is doing and does a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again. My only complaint is that they showed up late. I asked when booking the appointment what time they would show up. I was told between 9 and 10 with an added comment that they are always late. I took this to mean it might be as late as 10:30. They didn't show up for the job until 12:30. If I had received a phone call indicating that they weren't coming until 12:30, I wouldn't have a complaint. However, instead I called them at 11:00 (left voice message with no call back) and 12:00 to find out they were running behind. I find this somewhat rude to the customer and not considering that the customer's time is important. Bottom line - I would still recommend them and use their services. I just need to set aside the entire day for them to show up when it is convenient for them. read more

They did an excellent job special care of my plants and shrubs above and beyond the call of duty so I tried them again this year and lo and behold.
