Sent my child to another County for tests she didn't need for a condition that was later fixed (by another doctor) with a medication found in aisle 4 of my local grocery store! Takes FOREVER in the room and reads the manuals to you. Took him over an hour to give me a simple annual check up for work (1 hr, 20 min). Office is unkempt, dirty, cold, everything is broken, and he is terribly rude to his staff. I was so embarrassed for her. Every website I looked up for medical reviews had complaints from other patients similar to mine! WATCH OUT FOR THIS GUY!!!!

Isn't an allergy doctor supposed to have the serums for those substances on hand to use for those tests? Since when does the patient have to supply all these items themselves? I found this to be very unprofessional, but I went along with it. In addition to that - and subsequently not even properly diagnosing my allergy - this guy had the gall to charge me a ridiculously high amount for a plastic spacer that the drug salespeople leave with doctors as samples to give to their patients free of charge. He even said, while handing it to me "Here's something for you." only to go and bill my insurance for it! Not only did I already have one and never claimed to need a new one - but I could have gotten it at my pharmacy for no cost if I did need one. That was in addition to a number of other questionable fees and charges that were tacked on to my bill. Shoddy practice, sneaky charges, and no relief from my allergy to boot. I moved right along.

As a medical student of the osteopathic philosophy I truly value a physician who approaches their patients as more than just lab blood work, but one who investigates a patient on a multi-systematic mind/body/spirit approach. This doctor is not into pushing chemicals out for no good reason and will sit and even make a step-by step diet and nutrition consul for you ( something that you would have to see a nutritionist for) . She cares so much for her patients she even has a system that allows patients to obtain consul, advice, and prescription renewals without seeing . When I asked her why should would do this to the effect that it is unfair for her in terms of payment , she expressed her feelings about how payment was a non-issue when it comes to efficient patient care. This doctor works tirelessly, day and night, in trying to promote health throughout Orange County and practices everything she preaches. She also is brilliant, and a graduate of Columbia Medical School. This doctor will give you advice about health in not just one dimension in regards to prescriptions because her intelligence and intellectual ability are multifaceted. The real issue is Dr Bochenek. She is a self centered egotistical lunatic who hides behind the white coat. In June after multiple visits every 3-4 weeks for strep symptoms I decided to take my son for the visit. My wife was fed up with her run around. After his check she was a bit short with me, and I flexed my voice and medical experience. After a short fight I got a referral for an ENT, and Dr Feldman said the tonsils should have been taken a year ago. So for 3 months since the surgery he hasn't coughed once. I will be leaving the group when Dr bancroft retires and going elsewhere. I am sad to say, since I am 37 years old and that was my pediatric office as a child.
