Sent my child to another County for tests she didn't need for a condition that was later fixed (by another doctor) with a medication found in aisle 4 of my local grocery store! Takes FOREVER in the room and reads the manuals to you. Took him over an hour to give me a simple annual check up for work (1 hr, 20 min). Office is unkempt, dirty, cold, everything is broken, and he is terribly rude to his staff. I was so embarrassed for her. Every website I looked up for medical reviews had complaints from other patients similar to mine! WATCH OUT FOR THIS GUY!!!!

I just spent three days in the hospital because the nurse practitioner there did not diagnose me correctly. So I called today to try to have a follow up appointment like I was told to and the secretary that answered the phone told me that even though the hospital tells me to follow up in two weeks it doesn't really matter that my doctor did not have an appointment till July. I tried to explain to her that I was told that I had to have a procedure done before that and she literally did not care. This is the problem with these corporations now they have young girls answering the phone with absolutely no medical training whatsoever and they really do not care about you. You're just a number calling the phone. Do not use them. I'm trying to find somebody else. Worst customer service ever had and I never ever ever have to go to the doctor. I'm very healthy. But this goes to show that they do not care about you and I have two insurances that pay in full and they do not care. She was totally happy when I said I will go somewhere else and literally hung up the phone on me.
