The hospital is spotless, easy to access, and has convenient parking. It's very kid-friendly, with cheerful children's pictures, and a TV playing favorite kids' shows that kept our little one happily occupied while we waited. The staff were warm and welcoming, which immediately put both us and our child at ease. Dr. Rajesh was friendly and great with kids. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made the consultation both reassuring and informative. Our visit lasted about an hour, including the initial check-up, dilation, and consultation. We appreciated that they told us upfront to plan for up to two hours. Even with the waiting time in between, the environment was pleasant and well organized. When I gave birth to my second son a few years ago, Dr. El Sabbagh even came to visit me in the hospital. I was impressed because It was unexpected and showed how he cares for his patients. They never pressured me into getting my kids vaccinated or doing anything I wasn't comfortable doing, like previous pediatricians. Dr. El sabbath and his staff always made me feel comfortable and made it easy for me to ask questions. Now that El sabbath has expanded his practice, we no longer see him as much as we use to. We miss him but he has amazing staff and doctors working along side him. They accept walks in and you can almost always schedule a same day appointment. The wait times are generally reasonable, which is a huge plus with little ones. The place is nice and clean. The decor is modern. I would love it if they made the waiting area kid friendly. I believe bright colors and a playful aesthetic would make it feel more like a pediatric office. Overall, I feel confident and comfortable bringing my children here, and I'm grateful for the care we've received.

My eldest daughter had been in a severe accident, suffering life altering injuries and I was raising another child who was disabled. My son was diagnosed as ADHD and had been put on medication. Due to my daughter's accident we had recently moved and I didn't have the resources to get my son to his appointment. I was overwhelmed but he needed his medication! Dr. Alex el Sabbagh wrote a script for my sons medication. The second time I tried to get him to give my son his meds, even with a prior script he made excuses as to why he couldn't. When I requested he contribute a rationalization for not permitting my son to retain his medication. He became irate and belligerent. He began to yell at me in front of his staff. My Aunt was on the phone and heard the commotion, asking who is he speaking to that way. I was immensely embarrassed. I proposed we speak in private which he obliged but not before demanding I hang up my call. I tried depicting my situation to him entailing what I was dealing with, now in tears. He continued to over talk me and spit insults, he declared not to write the script before leaving me in the room. This gets worse unfortunately, when I tried leaving a review on his platform he assumed I was drug seeking. He literally asserted this on his platform. This was slander in its worse form! I was devastated, I felt bullied and discriminated against. I couldn't help but notice that there weren't many people of color in his office and that definitively nobody else was being told no for scripts for their children!

Not only were you completely right, but you also didn't charge her for the visit. You told her not to stop anywhere and to go straight to the hospital. That little boy had surgery last night, we were at the hospital for 9 hours before they decided what you knew within 10 minutes. The hospital was amazing also. She took him to Beaumont like you told her to. Thank you. Your quick and accurate judgment could be the reason that my godson is still here. When I have children, I pray that you are still practicing medicine because I wouldn't want to bring them anywhere else.

The first visit was actually positive; the nurse was wonderful, and I truly appreciated that they were respectful of our decision regarding vaccinations. The doctor gave us some useful information but failed to provide the promised allergy referral during our first visit. We were then told to schedule a follow-up in two weeks to check my baby's weight. Unfortunately, the second visit was a completely different experience. Despite driving nearly an hour and arriving exactly on time, we were skipped over for two other families who arrived after us. Once we were finally called back, the nurse seemed completely unaware of the reason for our visit. Her attitude wasn't very friendly, I asked why she insisted on a diaper change for the weight check (which wasn't required during our first visit), she was dismissive and unhelpful. After being placed in a room, we waited for over 30 minutes with a fussy, crying baby. The doctor NEVER showed up. We eventually had to leave because my baby needed to be cared for. We still did not receive the promised referral for the allergist, and no one from the office followed up to apologize or address the situation. -Given the lack of coordination and poor customer service, we will not be returning.

I told him i was having dizzy spells and he ignored me for almost a year, until he got so frustrated with me that he told me to just go see a neurologist, but wouldn't refer me to one. After I did, and went back to see him, he had the balls to say "so how did your dizzy spell thing go" and rolled his eyes at me and almost chuckled to himself. When I told him I'm on medicine for seizures, because that's what my dizzy spells were, he rushed threw talking to me, told me everything is because I'm fat, an left. I would NOT recommend this Dr to my worst enemy. Such a jerk. His entire office staff carries the same attitude that he does. Everyone is doing you a favor by taking your blood or talking to you.
