At the urging of a friend I made an appt with Dr. Sue and through testing and health history she identified the triggers and put together a plan of action. After years of ups and downs I can happily say my son has been episode free for over a year. Dr. Sue spends every minute of your appointment with you and listens to your concerns. From the first moment stepping in, our family was greeted with uplifting attitudes and smiles. Everything in the office was clean and up to date. The staff is very efficient in getting things done as soon as they walk in the door. We were seen quickly and waiting times have never been an issue. Dr. Fadl and his staff have done a phenomenal job relieving all of the overwhelming feelings of all new incoming information, while also providing concise information about the diagnosis and treatments. They explain things in a way that is able to be understood. In the event there is any confusion, Dr. Fadl and his team make it a goal to give a new explanation without confusion. Theresa, his nurse practitioner is a great addition to have in the office during visits. She radiates a positive energy the moment she walks into the exam room. She has a way of connecting with children of all ages and their parents in order to lighten the mood in the room and get rid of that dreary feeling of being at the doctor's. She often includes anecdotes or little jokes along the way to see a smile across the patient's face. Overall, Dr. Fadl and his team at Bright Future Pediatrics are at the top of the game in pediatric care. We found Dr. Desai and he got us into his office as a new patient within a few hours of calling He was amazing with our two young daughters we brought with us and asked a lot of detailed questions about our newborn son, my pregnancy and his birth. We weren't rushed out of the office and he took a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions. All of the staff was amazing, as well. We will be switching all of our children to Dr. Desai!

After three…read moreappointments with the other pediatrician, we just unwelcomed and never felt heard so we ended up trying Sunny Pediatrics with Dr. Sana Syed! Our first thought upon walking in was it was very kid friendly with a very colorful ambience! The lady at the front desk is so delightful every time we are in there! She always has a smile on her face and makes us feel like family! All of the nursing staff has also been very welcoming and always ready to listen! Dr. Sana Syed has been a blessing as a Pediatrician! At our initial appointment she listens to our concerns, helped us come up with solutions to help in the meantime, referred us to a pediatric ENT where they decided to perform surgery the next day! Where as the other Pediatrician just gave us the runaround, Dr. Syed heard us and made things happen! We moved to Brighton last August from out of state where my 10 year old daughter was treated under…read morea pediatric neurologist for migraines for two years and her 9 year old sister under a pulmonologist for chronic barking cough and wheezing. Dr. Qalieh dismissed both needs for specialists saying that he would oversee these issues. My older daughter has been on a daily migraine medication for two years and Dr. Qalieh promised to continue her same medication. I have learned that he only refills a prescription with no actual refills. Every month, my pharmacy tells me that they need approval for a refill when our medication is due to refill. Every month I have to call Brighton Pediatrics for this refill. This entire process takes almost two weeks between getting ahold of the doc to send in the refill then having to wait for the pharmacy to fill it. It's incredibly frustrating for something that should actually be pretty simple after two years on this medication. After a few months of this, I asked if Dr. Qalieh would send in the prescription with actual refills. He did this once in February with three refills. Now those are done and I'm back to having to call them monthly for a refill which is riduculous. I asked my pharmacy what's going on and they indicated that each month, the number of refills selected is always "zero." I called Brighton Pediatrics a week ago asking again for our refill. I was ensured from the front desk staff that it would be sent to my pharmacy right away. Here we are one week later and no medicine refill has been called in. I just booked new patient appointments with a different pediatric office. We are done with Dr. Qalieh. We need a doc who will listen and take our concerns seriously. Parents should not have to deal with the crazy antics of having to hunt him down once a month for a prescription that my daughter has been on for two years. As a nurse and a mom, I expected more from Brighton Pediatrics.
