Like most people, I was a little nervous to dive into such a big change, but Danielle went above and beyond to help find the perfect fit for me. I didn't want to go too bright, so we picked a light purple/silvery blue mix and it turned out amazing! We talked about it ahead of time because the bleaching process to get the pastel colors I wanted can be hard on your hair and she suggested we hold off so she could order specific products and dyes that would be gentle on my hair. It was awesome to know that she really cared about getting it RIGHT instead of just getting it DONE. Other stylists would have just slapped on whatever colors they had on hand, but Danielle was super professional and knowledgeable and it totally gave me the confidence to do it. When I was in her chair, I asked about this cool art print she had at her station and I found out that she painted it! She's truly an artist both in and out of the salon and it definitely showed in the way that she worked on my hair. The dye process took a little longer than I expected, but she stayed after hours to make sure it was perfect and that I walked out the door loving my new, fun color. I knew she was awesome when she was doing my normal cuts before, but she definitely proved that she was a total rockstar when she did my big dye job. I was told 2 stylists could have us in at 9 am and out by 11 am. When I called to do the final confirmation, we had 4 people who wanted to get their hair done and I was the only make-up. The business never told me that 5 people is the minimum for 2 stylists and they changed my appointment to end at noon. When I came to do my trial run on my hair is when I found out we wouldn't be done until noon. One person was on the fence about coming in, so we ended up only doing 3 girls. Obviously for a wedding timeline having a vendor change the schedule by an hour without mentioning it is a bit of a crisis. Elvi saved the day by agreeing to come in 30 minutes early to get started and had us out of there shortly after 11 am. I highly recommend her - she was great to work with and took a situation that could have been very bad and helped us find a work around.

Other stylist even learn your name and greet you (if they're not already engaged with their own clients). My stylist has done almost every color and style on my hair, and my hair has gone from straight to curly to wavy and she has always found a cut that fit my style, face, and at the level of maintenance I was willing to keep up with.

I've been to this salon twice now.. the first time for a spray tan, the other for a brazillian wax…read more The spray tan room was completely filthy, tan solution all over the walls and equipment, the floor was disgusting and sticky, the hair clips were used, no lotion was available, the privacy was minimal, and the lady seemed bothered. The brazillian wax room had stained towels and sheets, no sort of baby wipes, after care lotion, or wax removing wipes. The waxing lady was very rough, leaving plenty of wax residue still on the skin, and leaving strays and whole patches of hair. She too seemed bothered to be waxing. I called the next day, still red, irritated, and in pain from large removals of skin, the owner was very short with me, not offering a credit or additional services, or any sort of ownership for the shortcoming. I will not return, and in fact will stray others from going here. Extremely disappointed.
