They compete very well on prices, have a pretty good range in stock and usually get pretty much anything the next day. They can usually do most work while you wait, and have a mechanic who is very competent and will be able to do most jobs on most cars. They have a mobile fitting service which is useful if you get a puncture. The waiting room is very basic with no coffee machine, but there's usually a mobile caterer just outside who does great bacon butties.

At first they tried to refer us to a specialist exhaust place, as they said it would work out both faster and cheaper for us, but once realising that the car wasn't in a fit state to be driven any more they immediately arranged for the appropriate repairs to be carried out. It was all done on the same day, even though they had a full workload already when we showed up, and at a very reasonable price too. We felt in good hands and would use them again. More than a year on we've had no further problems with our exhaust.
