It isn't a discount MOT place so you do pay full price for the MOT, bit at least you know they are not gonna rip you off like some of the cheaper places do. Really happy with the service and advice I was given about my other car, to the point where I will be taking it there next month when the MOT is due on it as well. Whilst I was there I spoke to them about tyres for my other car and gave me advise about tyres that save fuel on car that do a lot of milage. Needless to say I will be having these fitted next month. They were friendly and helpful, especially as they were relocating their workplace within days! They booked me in within two days, despite being pretty busy, and kept in touch with me throughout, always discussing options and costs. The work was well done: they even corrected a serious error from my last MOT! They also presented me with one of their company's calenders of old lorries for a man with learning difficulties I work with, which was not only a little advertising for them but a great gift for the person I support as they are crazy about big vehicles. They offer a superb service with very well trained staff - both friendly and competant. The owner started as a panel beater so this discipline encourages reuse rather than immdiate, and expensive, replacement. This establishment is accredited with a number of different insurance companies and also offers courtesy car options. The repair centre is situated on the outskirts of Ipswich, very near a petrol station and very close to the A14. Parking here is free and it is the sort of place you can feel confident of a good job done for a fair and honest price.

Not only did they fix the problem in record time, they could have charged an arm and leg due to us being stranded, they didn't, the cost was more than resonable and we were back on the road in no time. I highly recommend this garage to anyone living or travelling in that area. I just wish we had places like that in California ;(

I put my sons mountain bike in for repair,it needed a new gear change cable and handle bar gear…read moreshift and possibly a new deraliar but I was told that could be repairable.It has now been in there 6 weeks and still no response I have called once and been in face to face twice the second and third times the bike had not moved which would of been the 3rd and 4th week it's been there now going to phone again after this review and see what there excuse is this time and I was told by a young lad that he would be on to it the day I last went 2 weeks ago as the parts they were waiting for from COLCHESTER had arrived in the night before that was 2 weeks ago I have been patient but now getting a little annoyed rant over I'm sure they are good at selling them though!!!
