I suspect they may have repositioned or retightened the hoses, but the upshot is that the car doesn't leak anymore. Said he wasn't going to do the job, he doesn't get paid enough, people have taken advantage of him, has trouble with the service, etc etc. We were trying to cover ourselves with/for the rental company, that's all. Anyway, he called it in and then left. If he doesn't want to do this service, he shouldn't have his business connected to the rental car company. We had to wait an extra hour and a half for the next company in line on the cal list. I get his reasoning but he needs to take his company off the list and not waste customer time. Tuesday morning it became obvious no one in Fargo could weld the camper back together. My only option was to purchase a flatbed to get the camper the 1000 or so miles home. The welding shop recommended Visto's so I header right over there. There, salesman Ryan was outstanding. I told him my requirements (if I was going to pay thousands for a trailer, I wanted to ensure it could hold other equipment I have at home) and Ryan pointed me to the appropriate trailer. He was patient while I talked to my bank to ensure I had the cash available for the unplanned purchase then loaded my crippled camper onto the new trailer and helped me hitch up. The whole experience was extremely positive when I was in a very stressed state of mind. I of course could not shop around to price compare, but I suspect Visto's was very fair in their pricing. It was $50 out the gate to inspect the vehicle. The issue I was having was diagnosed and I got a call back explaining it would be in the $1200.00 range. They explained the parts were going to cost about $400.00 and the rest was labor and it would take about 4 days. Everything they said was spot on. There was no hidden fees and the timeline was spot on. Tuffy's called me and said the vehicle was finished and to stop in and pick it up. The staff at the front desk was great to work with and I felt they were genuine. A day after I picked up my car I was walking behind it and I found a red oil rag in my exhaust pipe. I was a little surprised but I understand accidents do happen. I removed the rag which was wedged pretty good. I was surprised to see a flower and a thank you note when I picked the car up and thought man I would have appreciated a six pack instead. Overall, two days after my fix I don't see any other issues or concerns.

They did a poor job on my truck. I brought in a 2005 F-150 XLT due to sliding into a round-a-bout…read moreand being hit directly on my rear driver side tire by a 4Runner. First accident I've ever been in and I picked this shop. Right off the bat the customer service wasn't ideal but ya never know so I listened to his estimate and went through with them taking the claim. My truck would have been totaled if the value exceeded 5k my insurance claim total with them was just a hair under 5k. The timing was way longer than they told me for the "repairs " to be done. When I drove C the truck in I told them that there was a wobble and I think the axel got bent from the impact. "We'll " look into it" is the answer I got. When I picked up the truck they had multiple charges on the invoice that only brought the cost up things like all new bed bed bolts for the whole box, just little things that I didn't understand. But they didn't put a new axel on the truck but told me they checked the axel and it was just fine it wasn't bent. I drove the truck off the lot felt the same wobble that was only there after the impact of the accident. I lived over the tire and I could see with my eyes that the axel was bent. I ended up bringing my truck to Denis at Johnson's auto in Moorhead. He not only confirmed my worry but got an axel in for me the same day and had my truck ready for me the next morning. If I knew Johnson's did body work they would have got my insurance claim instead, that's my fault.. the charges for the axel repair was around $1300. Well when I added up the honest repairs total that had to be fixed on my truck plus the axel cost it totaled over 5k so Fargo's finest auto body literally lied to my face let me drive out of there knowing my axel was bent save they didn't fix it. They lied to the insurance company and maxed out their invoice total to just a hair under the max value just to get as much as there could. Dishonesty, liars, crooks and poor morals are the words I'd use to describe that shop. They should be looked into for insurance fraud and what they consider honesty to the consumer . My windshield trim was also removed on the front passenger side for some reason flew off on the interstate and my son felt air coming through the side of the windshield when I brought that up they said they didn't do it but funny it was not like that prior to them touching my vehicle. I'm telling you Johnson's auto in Moorhead is the only place I'll bring my truck to if I have to bring it in. *as to the response that the owner gave-that's a crazy way to respond to someone's negative experience at your shop. You can try and call out what you would like. It was my truck I think I understand what "really" happened. You I never had any contact with nor did you touch or help me with my truck. As far as your paperwork you speak of i literally bent over my tire and seen with my eyes the axel was bent and had it fixed proper at an honest shop. Your response says it all and shows your character not mine. Seeing how you never contacted me to try and make this right I just had to look at Yelp to see you called me out but again this shop isn't honest and as you can see the customer service is far less than poor.

I had a battery alert on my dash yesterday and because it actually dinged I actually heard it over the radio. Anyway! I was coming up to Casselton and sure enough luck was with me as I pulled into the Tessoro and there was Gordy's. Well, when you need help you just need help. And they were very friendly and businesslike and checked me out. I needed a new alternator but probably could limp along home. I did and this am was able to bring it to my local mechanic. This is North Dakota, everyone knows everyone or so it seems and so I think they deserve a big thank you for doing such a great job looking out for this lady.
