Anyway, he called it in and then left. If he doesn't want to do this service, he shouldn't have his business connected to the rental car company. We had to wait an extra hour and a half for the next company in line on the cal list. I get his reasoning but he needs to take his company off the list and not waste customer time. I don't recommend this company at all.
