It's one of the best decisions I have made this year. Will was able to come out with a day or so and run a diagnostics check, quickly locating the issue and showing me the results. He explained to me what the issue was, discussed options, gave me a full quote and a price - highly competitive. With me agreeing to what needed to be done, he ordered the part (Saturday) and came back the next day (Sunday) to install it. Incredibly helpful and so polite, he showed me the new part, walked me through what he was going to do and afterward even showed me the part he removed and explained the wear and why it was actually perfect timing. Within hours I was up and running again, good as new. I have NEVER had service like this from a dealership in all my years of being a car owner and driver (and that's several decades). Will also flagged other things that I needed to be aware of (including needing an oil change - which I will be getting him to come and do) but at no point pushed for me to do them there and then - zero pressure, just guidance. He repeatedly asked if I had any questions and was keen for me to understand what was happening and why - superb! He even cleared up the work area after he'd finished. Flawless. Aside from the convenience and Will just being an incredibly nice guy, his attention to detail and service are second to none. Friendly and knowledgable, he works hard to make sure you understand what he's doing, and is professional and polite at every step along the way. Will clearly cares and takes great pride in what he does. He's the only person I will be going to for my automotive service needs from now on. Highly recommended.

The dispatch process started around mid-afternoon and we waited a while, but the real issue was the driver's operation and handling once he arrived. While loading the vehicle onto the flatbed, the driver slammed the front end and caused significant damage. This wasn't a minor scrape -- the damage was serious enough that we're now dealing with a costly repair estimate and an insurance/claims process. What made it even worse was how the driver responded afterward: extremely nonchalant, downplayed the situation, and acted like it was no big deal. He even made comments implying we should be "grateful" it wasn't worse. No accountability and no professionalism. If you're calling a tow company, and you're already having a bad day -- the last thing you need is a driver who adds thousands of dollars of damage through negligence!! We will not be using Southland Towing again and I strongly recommend calling someone else before you decide to give your business to these guys, do better.
