Concerns are not fully addressed and there is little effort to make patients feel comfortable or reassured during visits that are already stressful and vulnerable. I never felt truly listened to the handful of times I have been here. The wait time is completely unacceptable. Every single time I've been here, I've waited well over an hour, even when I arrived early and checked in on time. This is not a one-off situation. It is every visit. If you have work or anything else to do that day, expect your plans to be completely disrupted for the day. Communication from the office is extremely poor. I have called multiple times trying to get results from a procedure that happened weeks ago, with little to no follow-up. Calls are not returned, messages go unanswered, and patients are left waiting and worrying about important medical information. Having to chase down your own results is stressful and should not happen in a medical office. the Suffolk OBGYN Patchogue office feels disorganized and unprofessional and basic patient care seems to be an afterthought. Between the long wait times, poor bedside manner, and lack of communication, this office creates unnecessary stress and anxiety. There are much better OB GYN offices out there that actually respect their patients. I would give zero stars if I could. I would strongly suggest going elsewhere.

I am frustrated because on every occasion no matter what they will never uphold appointment times. When I say this I mean if you book your appointment time for 3:30 you won't get seen until after 4:00 p.m. and this has happened to me on numerous occasions. It's very frustrating to come to your appointment not only on time but earlier than scheduled and still have to wait. My appointment was set for 3:20, I arrived at 3:10 and I was not taking back until 3:56. When I arrived there was no one in the waiting room waiting to be seen only individuals waiting for the people they came with. By the time I am done with the nurse going through unnecessary questions I answered in the waiting room it is now 4:16 (4 minutes shy of an hour from my appointment time). The doctor comes in at 4:23 and literally takes 3 minutes to tell me what I need to know and I leave at 4:26 over an hour from my appointment time and I just had one question. However and this is a big however, the staff are very nice and knowledgeable and I do feel taking care of once I am taking back. But that does not make me feel any better about having to wait in the waiting room for more than 30 minutes past my appointment time. I would appreciate if this clinic can uphold appointment times especially if people are on time... so i would say don't even get here on time because you'll be waiting anyway.

He figured out my issue and fixed it! Every pre-natal appt I had was enjoyable and very informative! Dr. Bakshi ended up delivering my daughter via c-section and did an incredible job! I am undergoing IVF and very glad I found someone like her. Finding a good gynecologist OB/GYN is far in view between these days. Even the staff is very on top of things. They call you back with your results, call you back if you leave a message. Highly highly recommend. If IVF works, I could not trust her more to deliver my baby.

Reason was that they were looking to waive a no show fee so when I got the bill I thought it was the fee that I was charged. When I called about it they stated that the no show fee was waived but now there is was 15.00 finance fee because the 1.89 was not paid. Smh. I paid it immediately...now, 3 months later ...I've gotten another bill with a $5.00 monthly 'finance charge' plus $25 ...an additional $40.00. I called to question this and the receptionist was extremely rude and hung up on me...I called back and she accused me of cursing, which did not. I asked her what curse words I used...she couldn't respond with any...instead she began to berate me....I told her the bill was (paid and on time as per their own statement) she began explaining that even though it was their statement, it was only a partial co pay and that I should read my insurance statements. I responded that I was willing to pay the additional $25.00 co pay ...but not the extra $5.00 a month finance charge, that I never agreed to, she said " yes, you did when you initially signed the paperwork to be seen ." So they sent me the agreement that I signed...apparently it's one line ...buried in the middle of a two page document that you sign when you first go there that agrees to a finance charge who has time to read all this when you have a an encyclopedia to fill out before you see a doctor? I should also mention that I had a biopsy done. Unfortunately, he did it in the wrong place...without waiting for anesthesia to take affect. RUN the other way.

Without any explanation, I was ordered to remain seated. When I asked why, the response was not clarification -- it was hostility. She escalated quickly, raising her voice and following it with a sustained pattern of passive aggression, repeatedly asking "Are you OK? Are you OK?" in a sarcastic, mocking tone. There was no acknowledgment that we were first-time patients, no attempt at basic courtesy, and zero awareness that a medical setting -- particularly one serving expectant mothers -- demands patience, calm, and dignity. The problems don't end there. Obtaining medical records required navigating an exhausting bureaucratic process with excessive over-explanation about why normal requests couldn't be handled normally. This is not a place that understands that medicine is fundamentally about healing -- and healing begins with how you treat people. If you are expecting, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. You deserve better.

My sonographer Nancy Blasko had horrific bedside manner, refused to answer my questions or get a physician I could speak with. She told me I can take her advice or leave. I was just trying to understand the risks of not coming back for a THIRD scan of the same thing for baby. It's really disgraceful knowing this type of individual is employed at an OBGYN office. Avoid at all costs!
